Tuesday gossip roundup: Bobby Brown got a D.U.I.

Bobby Brown performs at NJPAC – Prudential Hall on February 19, 2012 in Newark, United States.

Bobby Brown was pulled over for using his cell phone while behind the wheel in L.A. this week — but ended up getting arrested for driving under the influence, according to TMZ. Brown was held in a Van Nuys, Calif., jail before posting bail. “It’s unclear what substance cops believe Brown had been using before he got behind the wheel,” a source tells the Web site. Brown has a previous DUI conviction on his record stemming from a 1996 arrest in Georgia.

How ready is uber-pregnant Jessica Simpson to deliver her baby? So ready that she’s already talking about her pregnancy in the past tense. “I had a great pregnancy,” Simpson tells Hello! Magazine. “Eating and not having to worry too much about it has been fun. Taking a break from working out has definitely been fun. But I’m ready for it to be over. I’m ready to have my body back! I feel like I could pop at any second.”

Now we know the marriage is over. Russell Brand has reportedly had the tattoo he got to match soon-to-be ex-wife Katy Perry‘s removed, according to Hollywood Life. Brand and Perry each had the Sanskrit words for “go with the flow” inked on their biceps shortly after their 2010 engagement, but this weekend the British comic hit up Hollywood’s Shamrock Tattoo studio to get rid of the words.

After three years of marriage to Josh Duhamel, Fergie is up for having kids — just not now. “It’s not happening yet, I can tell you that definitely,” Fergie says, according to Hollyscoop. “But we want to have a family, so that’s in the cards, but it’s just not this second.” The continued wait has to do with the fact that, with a lighter Black Eyed Peas schedule, the singer finally has time to spend with her husband. “Eight years of being on the road, and now I’ve been off the road, what, five months?” she says. “I’m enjoying this time of just being home for that long a period.”

Simon Cowell had a close encounter with an obsessed fan when a brick-weilding woman broke into his London home and came face to face with the “X Factor” boss before getting nabbed by his on-site security, according to the Washington Post. “It came from the bathroom, so he went in,” Max Clifford, Cowell’s spokesperson, said in a statement. “She had smashed her way in through the window, and it was unclear how long she had been there or what she was doing.” Clifford adds that Cowell was shaken by the scare. “It was a very frightening experience for Simon, who told me it was like something from a horror movie,” he says.

Look out, folks. Justin Bieber is getting introspective about love. “When you’re 13, that’s when you’re first trying to figure what it means — that’s kind of puppy love,” 18-year-old Bieber — who is dating Disney star Selena Gomez — tells Ryan Seacrest during a radio interview. “Now, being 18 and trying to figure out what it actually really means is a totally different story.”
