John Travolta has one less massage lawsuit to worry about

John Travolta

The first man to accuse John Travolta of sexual battery has dropped the
lawsuit he filed against the actor.

The unnamed masseur claimed
that the actor had harassed him during a massage session in Beverly
Hills, but evidence placing Travolta in New York during the alleged
incident cast doubts over the accusations, and was enough to shake at
least his attorney’s confidence. “I could no longer represent him
because he was speaking to the media against my advice, and it made no
sense to me. I don’t think that John Doe will be pursuing the lawsuit,”
Okorie Okorocha told Radar Online.

Not that this puts Travolta in
the clear. For those of you keeping track at home, a second masseur is
still suing over a separate but similar incident, and there are two
other accusations — one from a former cruise ship employee and one from a
former hotel and spa employee — that don’t have lawsuits attached, but do allege that the actor dropped his pants without invitation.
