“Four Houses”

Series premiere, 10 p.m., TLC

REALITY. The chefs craft meals out of food trucks parked at the beach, and, with the fear of Gordon Ramsay instilled in them, pray that sand doesn’t wind up in the special seasoning for the tacos.
