Julien Chabbott: Boyfriend of ‘Hills’ star Stephanie Pratt runs over cop’s foot with Ferrari

If there is one thing no one can get away with in NYC, it’s running over the foot of an NYPD officer who is trying to ticket your Ferrari 458 Spider.

Julien Chabbott, an app developer who was pretty unknown until this humiliating incident, had to learn this lesson the hard way. He was illegally parked outside the Mercer Hotel in SoHo, according to Damian Mory, the Queens man who captured the following incident on video.

An NYPD officer was right in the middle of ticketing Chabbott’s car, which also had no registration stickers or front license plate, when Chabbott tried to get into the driver’s seat and pull away.

The cop told him not to try to escape, but Chabbott crept forward in his Ferrari until the officer wigged out, screaming that he ran over “his f-ing foot.” At that point, two cops manhandled Chabbott, pulling him out of the car and throwing him on the ground, as his girlfriend, Stephanie Pratt of “The Hills” looked on.

Of course, he was arrested and charged with felony assault, vehicular assault, obstructing governmental administration, and disorderly conduct.

Embarrassing.
