W. Kamau Bell hosts "Totally Biased."

‘Totally Biased with W. Kamau Bell’
COMEDY. Chris Rock protégé W. Kamau Bell takes the FX late-night stage for an opinionated, six-episode stand-up series that tackles politics, race, religion and pop culture. “I love the fact that that title says explicitly up front there’s things that you are just going to get here, and if you don’t like them, that’s just how it’s going to be,” the comedian says. His stance, he explains, is against evil, which he defines as that “closed mind idea that if it’s not me or people who look like me, then it’s wrong. And Fox News,” he adds. “No. I’m just kidding.”
Series premiere, 11 p.m., FX

‘Children’s Hospital’
COMEDY. Has such mayhem ever befallen a hospital in 15 short minutes as it does in Rob Corddry’s comedy series? Well, nothing this absurd, that’s for sure.
Season premiere, Midnight, Cartoon Network

‘POV’
DOCUMENTARY. Short docs are featured tonight, including the Academy Award nominee “The Barber of Birmingham: Foot Soldier of the Civil Rights Movement” and conversations with everyday people recorded for the oral-history project StoryCorps.
10 p.m., PBS
