Drug kingpin and former hip-hop music executive James Rosemond, also known as Jimmy Henchman, claims that federal investigators bombarded him with intrusive questions, including if Sean “Diddy” Combs had sexual relations with male minors, reports the Smoking Gun.

Rosemond was trying to cut a deal with the feds, and prosecutors interviewed and met with him several times to determine whether it was worth their while to make a deal before his narcotics trafficking trial. Rosemond is alleged to have trafficked millions of dollars’ worth of cocaine through musical instruments. He is also known for possibly starting the West Coast vs. East Coast gang wars. Rosemond is also awaiting trial for the murder of a 50 Cent associate.

Rosemond was the CEO of hip-hop management company Czar Entertainment. His connections included Akon and 50 Cent, among others. He managed the Game and Sean Kingston.

Prosecutors decided not to move forward with the deal and Rosemond claimed in an affidavit in a new trial motion last month that they asked him uncomfortable and inappropriate questions in trying to implicate Rosemond’s famous friends like Al Sharpton and Wyclef Jean. He claims that they showed him naked photos of women and asked about entertainers’ sexual preferences, including whether or not Combs had sexual relationships with young boys.

Rosemond believes his deal was rejected because he did not have the dirt prosecutors wanted on big name celebrities. Prosecutors hit back that Rosemond lied during the meetings and proved himself to be untrustworthy.
