We enlisted Jeremy Cowan, the president of the NYC Brewers Guild and the proprietor of Shmaltz Brewing Company, to give us his list of can’t-miss events.  See you at the aPORKalypse.

 Monday: Sixpoint Strong Ale Ataraxia launch at The Modern (9 W. 53rd St.)
“I love great art, and I love strong ales. And beer is art, after all!”

 Tuesday: Applewood beer dinner with Kelso Beer Co. (501 11th St., 7 p.m.)
“Digging into the tasty ingredients that tie together great artisan beer with an amazing farm-to-brewery-to-table dinner, this five-course beer dinner will feature specialties such as brewery-fresh spent grain pretzel rolls sweetened with malt syrup from Kelso.”

 Wednesday: Brewer’s Choice at City Winery (155 Varick St., 6 p.m., $60)
