Now that bottomless brunches are officially legal (yay!), why not class yours up a notch? We’d rather listen to the smooth sounds of a saxophone over our neighbor’s retelling of last night’s hookup any day.

Crown
24 E. 81st St., 646-559-4880
Listen to the Mimi Jones band serve up soulful jazz beats (Jones herself is a bassist) while you indulge in dishes from the a la carte or prix fixe menu ($45). If you go the prix fixe route, you’ll have your choice of an entree — like soft scrambled eggs with smoked trout roe — family-style sides and unlimited bellinis or mimosas.

The Lion
62 W. Ninth St.,212-353-8400
Cuban group Grupo Irek plays cha-cha and mambo every Sunday from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. You can order off the a la carte menu or go for the $35 prix fixe, which comes with an entree, side and unlimited bellinis or bloodies.

Ginny’s Supper Club
310 Lenox Ave., 212-792-9001
Marcus Samuelsson’s Harlem mainstay Red Rooster has a basement-level speakeasy alluding to Harlem in the 1920s. Every Sunday, the sister venue hosts a buffet Gospel Brunch ($39.95) with Vy Higginson’s Gospel for Teens, a group of high school singers based in Harlem. Listen to them as you enjoy fried yardbird, mac n’ greens and more.
