Will the royal baby be a sensitive Cancer or a dramatic Leo?

As we all watch and wait for the arrival of the royal baby, making predictions about gender, Xandra the Astrologer has been more preoccupied with the baby’s Sun Sign. Will this baby be a Cancer or a Leo?  As of today, July 22, we are on the cusp between those two signs. It will make a huge difference to the baby’s destiny if he or she is one astrological sign versus the other. Here’s how:

If the royal baby is born before 5 p.m. London time, he or she will be born with Sun in Cancer (like laidback Daddy William and demure, private Grandma Diana), but if the birth happens after 5 p.m., the baby is going to be a glamorous, noble, attention-seeking Leo. Leos are made for royalty because they love attention and acclaim, whereas Cancers shun the limelight and prefer to blend in with the commoners. A Leo is driven to cultivate honor, prestige and accomplishment. A Leo is much more career-driven, whereas Cancers are happy living a somewhat more humble life of house, family, children and emotional security. Leos already have all the emotional security they need: the security of knowing they will always have passion burning inside their hearts to be superstars and live life to the fullest. Cancers keep to behind the scenes, and are thoroughly embarrassed when people take notice of their accomplishments.  They would rather someone else be the public face of the monarchy.

In terms of this baby, if born a Leo, he or she will almost be ensured by the seal of fate to ascend to the throne someday. If he or she is a Cancer, however, things could get murkier in terms of his or her providence and willingness to take on those duties and burdens.

Either way, he or she will be born with the Sun square planet Saturn, which is a path of rigidity and discipline, in order to live up to Daddy William’s name and position in the world.
