The Word: Kanye West is mad at Jimmy Kimmel but thinks Ben Affleck is cool

Kanye West Jimmy Kimmel tweets

In news that amused me probably more than was warranted, Kanye West is finally back from paternity leave and back in the business of tweeting nonsensical, all-caps beef, seemingly expressly designed to prove that he is, in fact, the raging a-hole, and probable lunatic, he is rumored (known) to be.

Yeezy apparently did not get the joke after Jimmy Kimmel made a funny out of his recent — and cray cray — BBC interview by having children read segments of the copy out loud (good stuff, by the way). He took to the Twittersphere to reasonably and maturely express his disapproval, tweeting “YOU CAN’T PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES. YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY … IS THAT FUNNY? … OR IF I HAD A KID SAY IT WOULD IT BE FUNNY???”

Am I wrong, or is YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY one of the best insults ever? Not, YOUR FACE LOOKS UGLY or YOUR FACE RESEMBLES A HORSE’S REAR END but YOUR FACE LOOKS CRAZY. Like, your face looks like it’s mentally unhinged and would benefit from some professional help — like some people I could name.

Ye’, however, was not done. He went on to add “SHOULD I DO A SPOOF ABOUT YOUR FACE OR YOU F***ING BEN AFFLECK…#NODISRESPECTTOBENAFFLECK.

Am I also wrong in thinking that #nodisrespecttobenaffleck is one of the best hash tags ever? Going forward, I plan on hash tagging everything as such. Instagram photos of my dinner, Facebook posts about my day, tweets about ridiculous gossip items I’ve written for the Metro. #nodisrespecttobenaffleck. Because, really, none meant.
