Solange Knowles deletes almost all Beyonce photos on Instagram

Is there more trouble brewing for the Knowles clan?

After everyone on the Internet saw hidden camera video of Solange Knowles kicking and punching her brother-in-law, Jay Z, on Monday, Knowles has nearly purged her Instagram account of sister Beyonce.

Knowles was caught on camera lunging at Jay Z after the Met Ball in an elevator at the Standard Hotel. In-depth analysis of post-elevator-ride photos show that while Beyonce kept a prim Mona Lisa smile on her face, both Jay Z and Knowles looked much more solemn. The Standard Hotel has since issued a probe on the leak, stating, “We are investigating with the utmost urgency the circumstances surrounding the situation and, as is our customary practice, will discipline and prosecute the individuals involved to our fullest capacity.”

Knowles did not delete every single photo of Queen Bey on her phone, though: Amidst photos of colorful, rustic walls in exotic locales, Knowles left a single photo of herself with her sister. The photo was taken 15 months ago and features Beyonce, Solange Knowles and Melina Matsoukas, who directed videos for both Knowles sisters. Perhaps even Solange is too scared of the Beygency to delete every photo.

Since the altercation, Beyonce and Jay Z have been spotted together at the Nets game on Monday, according to TMZ, and at Roberta’s, a Brooklyn pizzeria, on Sunday. A source told Gawker that Beyonce stormed out of the restaurant on Sunday, but the couple appeared to be all smiles at Monday’s Nets game. The Daily Dot has a list of conspiracy theories as to what caused the fight.
