Beats announces plans to launch music streaming service
Beats by Dr. Dre has already taking over the headphone market, and now they’re hedging in on the music streaming business. As of January 21, the electronics company will offer a $10/month subscription service for users to stream music with their iOS, Anroid and Windows Phone devises.
The app will also offer playlists procured by some bold-faced celebrities and the ability to “follow” them as well as other friends using the service.
For a limited time, users will get to try it out for free, so if you’re eager to test it before committing to a subscription, head to beatsmusic.com anytime from now until the 21st.
