CBS has decided not to air tonight’s season finale of “Mike & Molly,” because of a plotline that hits a little too close to home. The episode, titled “Windy City,” follows Mike (Billy Gardell) and Molly (Melissa McCarthy) confessing secrets to each other as a tornado bears down on Chicago.

According to Deadline, the brass at CBS decided that it would be insensitive to air the episode tonight, given Monday’s devastating tornado in Oklahoma. Instead, they will delay it until sometime later in the summer. Tonight’s episode will be a rerun instead.

CBS is not the only network to change its normal schedule because of the tornado: NBC has decided to replace a scheduled recap episode of “The Voice” with a one-hour live special from Oklahoma City, according to Deadline. The live results episode of “The Voice” will air at 9 p.m. as planned.

At least 91 people, including 20 children, were killed when a two-mile-wide tornado tore through an Oklahoma City suburb, trapping victims beneath the rubble as one elementary school took a direct hit and another was destroyed.

President Barack Obama declared a major disaster area in Oklahoma, ordering federal aid to supplement state and local efforts in Moore after the deadliest U.S. tornado since one killed 161 people in Joplin, Mo., two years ago.
