Feeling a little shaken up after last night’s “Game of Thrones?” Nauseous? Short of breath? Sobbing uncontrollably in a corner? You’ll be viciously glad to know that the man who did it to you felt just as awful.

David Benioff, one of the “Game of Thrones” showrunners, says that when he first read the red wedding scene in the books, it hit him like a ton of bricks. Spoiler alert: Robb Stark, his pregnant wife Talisa and his mother Catelyn were all slaughtered by the duplicitous Freys at the wedding of Catelyn’s brother. “In the book, when the band starts playing ‘Rains of Castamere,’ you know something bad is going to happen. It’s the strongest physical reaction I’ve ever had to reading anything. I didn’t want to turn the page because you know something horrible is going to happen and you can’t quite believe it and you don’t want it to happen,” he told Entertainment Weekly.

He wasn’t the only one devastated at the loss of the beloved characters. David says the set was a mess of tears the week that Robb and Catelyn were killed off, and Michelle Fairley, who plays Catelyn, refused to talk to him for a week.

In other “Game of Thrones” news, at least one of the series’ female stars has had enough of baring her breasts, according to the New York Post.

“One of the girls in the show who got her [dress] off the most in the first couple of seasons now doesn’t at all,” GoT star Oona Chaplin, who plays Talisa Maegyr, told reporters.  “She said, ‘I want to be known for my acting, not for my breasts.’”
