The Word: Jenna Jameson’s weird ‘Good Day New York’ appearance

Can someone reboot Jenna Jameson? She keeps freezing up.

The former adult film actress was on “Good Day New York” yesterday, where her appearance was odd, to say the least. It wouldn’t be quite fair to say that she was incoherent — she seemed to track the questions she was being asked, she just answered them… in… slow… mo… tion. Also she spoke in a sort of mushy slur.

Others have said that Jameson must have been on something. And I definitely agree. But I feel like also she just did not care for her hosts’ faux concern over her porn career. Don’t try to concern troll Jenna Jameson, Greg and Rosanna, Jenna Jameson don’t give an F. She will straight up go to sleep in the middle of your condescending question about her porn career.

See? She’s not doing that badly. My favorite part is her description of her reaction to “Fifty Shades of Grey”: “I was like, ‘MMnuh.’”

“Good Day” reportedly cut the interview short because of Jenna’s behavior, which was probably the right decision. Still, this is New York’s Fox 5, the network that gave us “Keep f—ing that chicken.” Gaffes are kind of their bread and butter. Maybe they should have let her ride it out. I feel like she was about 30 seconds from curling up in Rosanna Scotto’s lap and going to sleep, like a kitten.
