The Word: Did Miley Cyrus hook up with Benji Madden on Halloween?

Does Miley Cyrus have a new man — or at least a new distraction?

Miley, who as you may recall dressed as Lil’ Kim for Halloween, apparently got some mileage out of the costume. According to the Daily Mail, she made out with Benji Madden after the two met at Adam Lambert’s Halloween party.

Former Good Charlotte rocker Benji used to date Paris Hilton, and he’s also Nicole Richie’s brother-in-law. He and Miley “seemed really into each other,” a witness said. The two were reportedly spotted making out at the party, and they left together in a group of friends — Miley clutching a bottle which I’m sure contained milk, since she’s only 20 years old and isn’t supposed to drink yet.

At least Miley wasn’t behind the wheel, so she wasn’t breaking any driving laws. The same can’t be said for the rest of her family. Apparently, unlike the rest of us who had to wait till we were 15 or 16 to get behind the wheel, celebrities’ little sisters can start driving whenever their dads think they’re ready. That’s Billy Ray Cyrus’ understanding of the driving laws, I gather, since he was spotted on Thursday letting Noah Cyrus, Miley’s 13-year-old sister, take the driver’s seat, according to TMZ.
