Let the weekend begin with flavors of the sea and sun, Friday evenings from July 12th through Labor Day at Café Boulud. Chef Gavin Kaysen presents a menu of fresh seafood and summer selections changing weekly—Blue Point Oysters with cucumber mignonette, Arctic Char Tartare with crème fraîche, capers and crispy potatoes, Pan Roasted Halibut with summer ratatouille in a basil pesto broth—set to the tune of wine pairings focused on the South of France: Château Riotor, Côtes de Provence Rosé, 2012; Triennes, Viognier “Ste Fleur”, Vin de Pays du Var, Provence, 2011; Galaup, Mauzak Doux “L’Amoureuse”, Midi-Pyrénées, 2008.

Elegant fried chicken feasts, select evenings through Labor Day.
Get ‘em while they’re hot! Café Boulud’s new shareable feasts are limited in quantity, but big in satisfaction. On select evenings during the summer, sit down to a spread of crispy Four Story Farm fried chicken, served alongside baked beans, market potato salad, watermelon “slaw” with pickled green strawberries, and cast iron corn bread. To finish, classic Cherry Cobbler with house-made vanilla ice cream. Advance reservations not accepted, $52 per person. Limited quantity.
