New York, NY. Porter Contemporary is pleased to announce Contemplando, a solo exhibition highlighting the works of Carolina Rodriguez Baptista opening with an artist reception on June 27, 6:30 – 8:30 PM and continuing through July 27, 2013.

For Baptista’s debut solo exhibition at Porter Contemporary, she will focus on what she does best-intimate bronze sculptures of women with thought provoking expressions and poses. With both freestanding and wall sculptures along with a few select paintings, Baptista’s work creates a meditative and reflective environment.
