Evil Twin Brewing Beer Dinner

Craftbar chef de cuisine Luke Wallace and beverage director John B. Paterson will host a five-course beer dinner with experimental brews by Evil Twin Brewing. Sharing the info in case you can consider coverage.

Luke will create dishes to complement the beers, and pairings include summer corn custard with cornmeal fried oyster, huitlacoche and tomato jam accompanied by Ryan & The Beaster Bunny and pork three ways served with Yin & Yang. The full menu with pairings is below.

Brewmaster Jeppe Jarnit-Bjergsø from Evil Twin will join the dinner to discuss the philosophy behind the brewery and how beers pair with food.
