“France vs. USA” Wine Tasting Dinner

Bagatelle NY is hosting a “France vs. USA” Wine Tasting Dinner, a four-course prix fixe dinner that will feature a seasonal menu paired with a French and an American wine for each course.

Throughout the dinner, guests will be challenged to distinguish the French versus the American wines and vote as to which they prefer for each course. Dishes for the evening include:

  • Peeky toe crab meat salad, Asian pear & celery root, yuzu-miso mayo
  • Vermont Bijou goat cheese & Yukon gold potato cake, endives & apricots julienne, fried sage vinaigrette
  • Slow braised rabbit cannelloni & winter baby carrot béchamel, tarragon reduction
  • Lamb medallion, braised baby kale, white bean hummus & cumin jus
