Justice is Served Celebration.

“Justice is Served” celebration will be held on Friday October 25th, 2013 at the Ritz –Carlton located on 10 Avery St Boston MA.

The evening will include a silent and live auction, complimentary libations, heavy hors d’oeuvres and keynote address by former U.S. Senator Scott Brown and his wife Gail Huff.  During his time in the senate, Brown represented Massachusetts as an independent and moderate voice, who bravely spoke out regarding his experience with sexual abuse as a child. For over two and half decades Gail has been a news anchor, reporter and contributor to news stations throughout the country.

Master of ceremonies and the evening auctioneer will be Mr. Jim Braude from NECN “Broadside the news” and WGBH Boston Public Radio. This will be Mr. Braude’s third year as Master of ceremonies.

It Happened to Alexa Foundation

Founded by Tom & Stacey Branchini, the foundation honors the courage of their daughter Alexa, who survived a traumatic rape by a stranger who broke into her college dormitory the second week of her freshman year. The only one of its kind in the country, this Lewiston, NY based national foundation provides financial, emotional and advocacy assistance to victims who prosecute their attackers. The Foundation also provides Educational Outreach to Middle School, High School and College Level, including a new program for the Special needs population.  It Happened to Alexa Foundation (IHTAF) will be celebrating 11 years of successfully supporting hundreds of victims of sexual assault and their families, aiding US citizens in 43 states and 15 foreign countries.
