Jennifer’s longtime ex, Brad Pitt, recently revealed that he is done filming sex scenes.

According to Esquire, Brad avoids onscreen sex scenes, out of respect for his wife Angelina Jolie, and she does the same for him.

Brad also opened up about his current relationship with Angelina as well as his former relationship with Jennifer.

“For a long time I thought I did too much damage – drug damage. I was a bit of a drifter. I went years fucking off. But then I got burnt out and felt that I was wasting my opportunity. It was a conscious change. This was about a decade ago. It was an epiphany – a decision not to squander my opportunities. It was a feeling of get up. Because otherwise, what’s the point?”

“We set up our own little post-op recovery that became pretty fun,” Pitt told USA Today. “You make an adventure out of it.”

Pitt is incredibly glad that the procedure went well. “it’s such a wonderful relief to come through this and not have a spectre hanging over our heads. To know that that’s not going to be something that’s going to affect us.”

Angelina Jolie underwent a double mastectomy to reduce her chances of getting breast cancer, and says she hopes her story will inspire other women fighting the life-threatening disease.

Jolie wrote in the New York Times on Tuesday that the operation has made it easier for her to reassure her six children that she would not die young from cancer, like her own mother, Marcheline Bertrand, did at 56.

A man who told the National Enquirer that he had a “steamy affair” with John Travolta while working as his pilot from 1981 to 1987 is now suing the actor, insisting he never signed a confidentiality agreement that would bar him from talking to the media about his time with the actor, according to TMZ. The man, Doug Gotterba, claims Travolta’s lawyer, Marty Singer, threatened a lawsuit after the story was published. Singer  maintains that Gotterba’s termination agreement included a confidentiality clause and that the former employee is just out for attention. “Mr. Gotterba obviously filed this lawsuit to get his 15 minutes of fame,” Singer says. “We plan to get this meritless case promptly dismissed.”

Might her upcoming “Maleficent” mark the end of Angelina Jolie‘s acting career? It’s not out of the question, the actress says. “I have enjoyed being an actress I am so grateful to the job and I have had great experiences and I have even been able to tell stories and be a part of stories that mattered and I have done things for fun, but…” Jolie tells Britain’s Channel 4 News coyly, once again prompting rumors of a planned early retirement. “If it went away tomorrow I would be very happy to be home with the children,” she says. “I wake up in the morning as a mom and I turn on the news like everybody else and I see what’s happening and I want to be part of the world in a positive way.”

A nice dinner out at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge with John Mayer turned awkward for Katy Perry when her ex-husband, Russell Brand, showed up. Just how awkward are we talking about? Perry reportedly crouched under her table and hid just to avoid Brand, according to Us Weekly. “The hostess almost seated Russell next to Katy,” a source says. “Katy’s face was like, ‘Oh s—!’” And while the seating disaster was averted and Brand was set up elsewhere in the restaurant, he apparently needed to satisfy his curiosity upon learning of Perry’s presence.  “On his way to the bathroom, he looked at [John and Katy] through a window,” the source adds.

Now that the world has learned that Kate Middleton is pregnant, the next question is exactly what kind of mother will she be? “Kate will be a firm but fair mother,” a pal of the Duchess of Cambridge predicts, according to Us Weekly. “Kate will let her children have fun and freedom, but she will also make sure they do what is best for them.”

Angelina Jolie was spotted sporting an outrageously ginormous diamond ring (Would you expect anything less? This is, what — Brad Pitt’s third time buying an engagement ring?) strategically placed in plain sight on her left finger during an outing at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s Chinese Galleries on Wednesday.

It appears the engagement heard ’round the world was first confirmed via the man who designed the sparkly stunner — jeweler Robert Procop.

“I can confirm that, yes, Robert Procop did indeed design an engagement ring for Angelina Jolie, designed in collaboration with Brad Pitt,” a rep for the jeweler told Us Weekly.

What else is confirmed? Well, probably that Procop didn’t sign any kind of confidentiality agreement with Brangelina, otherwise he’d be in a big heap of trouble right now for breaking the news that most couples like to tell themselves.

However, if we’ve learned anything about Hollywood jewelers, it’s that they can sometimes lie. Remember the rep for jeweler Gurhan who claimed he designed Halle Berry’s engagement ring from Olivier Martinez? Yeah, lie.

But, The Hollywood Reporter has also gotten confirmation from Brad Pitt’s rep who said, “Yes, it’s confirmed. It is a promise for the future and their kids are very happy. There’s no date set at this time. Brad designed the ring.”

Should have stuck with music lessons

A thief pretending to be Grammy Award-winning violinist Joshua Bell snuck into his hotel room in Spain last week and helped himself to quite a few valuables. After gaining access to the room, the impersonator called security and asked for help opening the safe, reports TMZ. Included in the loot? A $38,000 watch.

“I was amazed at how easy it was for this to occur,” Bell tells the site.

And we’re amazed that a violinist can drop $38,000 on a watch. What does this guy drive?

Why are we talking about Kirk Cameron?

Kirk Cameron shared his views on homosexuality and gay marriage during an appearance on “Piers Morgan Tonight” on Friday. “I think that it’s detrimental and ultimately destructive to so many of the foundations of civilization,” said the former child actor.

GLAAD had a snappy comeback, while Morgan supported his guest’s decision to voice his opinions — which we suppose we need to get behind in the name of free speech or whatever. But in the future, Morgan, let’s just ask the kid from “Growing Pains” what’s good on the brunch menu and move on.

There’s no reason for why she stood like that, time and time again. (My theory: Her bony leg was poking out to sniff around for a sandwich.) But perhaps the best mocking of the leg came from “The Descendants” co-writer Jim Rash, who hit the stage with Alexander Payne and Nat Faxon to accept the award for Best Adapted Screenplay. The look was quickly imitated by Faxon, but the scribes insist they weren’t mocking the actress. “She’s supremely hot,” Faxon said backstage, while Rash was quick to explain his actions: “I just saw her pose and I thought, you know what, we have exactly the same legs,” the writer. “It was more like, ‘Oh, she’s standing, great, I’m going to stand like that, too.’”

There were cups built in and there’s no chance that there were any, how do you say? ‘slips,’” Haenn posted on Twitter. “While the dress did give the illusion of sheer-ness, joke’s on everyone who wishes they saw something.”

One of them did have their windows smashed in on their cars and someone else had an issue when their phone was hacked and emails were sent out saying they were from them and saying they had been hurt.”

The reality of wife Heidi Klum’s divorce filing must be starting to set in for Seal, as the singer was spotted not wearing his wedding ring for the first time, according to Us Weekly. Seal arrived in Australia this week without the band on his finger. References to whip-its were redacted from Demi Moore’s 911 tape after the L.A. city attorney recommended the move to protect her privacy, reports TMZ. The tape was released to the public on Friday. Her friends had told paramedics that she had inhaled nitrous oxide and was “semiconscious, barely.”

Look. It’s great that single moms can be on “The Bachelorette.” In fact, the series needs to broaden their casting net — more single moms! More single dads! How about single granddads?! Heck, what about a contestant who isn’t white? But isn’t it confusing enough for little children when their parents date multiple people/make out half-dressed in hot tubs without being on network TV? Here’s hoping ABC won’t showboat the little girl for ratings, like they did with single dad Jason Mesnick’s 4-year-old son Ty on “The Bachelor.”

Let’s leave that poor parenting to “Teen Mom,” shall we?

Jolie gets (even more) frosty

Awards season is apparently getting awkward, as Angelina Jolie hasn’t warmed to George Clooney’s new girlfriend, Stacy Keibler, according to Us Weekly. Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly shared a private jet with Clooney and Keibler to the Palm Springs Film Festival, and sources say the plane couldn’t get there fast enough.

“Angelina refused to acknowledge that Stacy was even on the plane,” a source says. “Angelina went out of her way to ignore her, from takeoff to landing. She would not even look Stacy’s way. She was not having it.”

Jolie gets (even more) frosty

Awards season is apparently getting awkward, as Angelina Jolie hasn’t warmed to George Clooney’s new girlfriend, Stacy Keibler, according to Us Weekly. Jolie and Brad Pitt reportedly shared a private jet with Clooney and Keibler to the Palm Springs Film Festival, and sources say the plane couldn’t get there fast enough.

“Angelina refused to acknowledge that Stacy was even on the plane,” a source says. “Angelina went out of her way to ignore her, from takeoff to landing. She would not even look Stacy’s way. She was not having it.”

Royal sister-in-law Pippa Middleton has secured a nearly $600,000 advance to write a party planning book, according to the Mail on Sunday. An auction for the socialite’s project had reportedly been going on for weeks, with publisher Michael Joseph, an imprint of Penguin, coming out on top. “It will be about entertaining and how to throw the perfect party,” a source says. “It’s not just about being the perfect hostess — it will also include recipes and information about how to host different types of events.” The book, which Middleton is reportedly writing without the help of a ghostwriter, is due out in time for the 2012 holiday season.

Angelina Jolie, funeral director?

Angelina Jolie says the woman all the tabloids write about isn’t her. “I don’t see those things. I don’t know who they are but I assume they’re not me. They’re not who I am. They’re not what I spend my day caring about. I find them quite shallow and often quite wrong,” she says tells “60 Minutes.” Jolie also reveals that aside from acting, she was interested at one point in becoming a funeral director. “It sounds like this very strange, eccentric, dark thing to do,” she says. “That was going to be my path.”

Willis joins society

Tallulah Willis, the youngest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, is officially part of high society. The 17-year-old was introduced at Le Bal des Debutantes at the Hotel Crillon in Paris over the weekend, according to Us Weekly. Tallulah was joined by her older sisters, Rumer and Scout, and her father, while Moore was noticeably absent.

Anne Hathaway is engaged

The new Catwoman Anne Hathaway is engaged to boyfriend Adam Shulman, her spokesman said yesterday. The spokesman provided no details beyond confirming the engagement, per Reuters. Hathaway, 29, has been dating Shulman, an actor and jewelry designer, since 2008. Rumors of their engagement swirled throughout the weekend when photos of the two surfaced with Hathaway sporting a giant ring.

While Leonardo DiCaprio has been linked to 21-year-old Australian model Alyce Crawford since his split from Blake Lively, reports from Australia suggest he’s actually spending time with more than one model. Australia’s Daily Telegraph, which reported on DiCaprio and Crawford’s rumored canoodling, also says the “Inception” star is seeing model Kendal Schuler, 20, while in the country to film “The Great Gatsby.” The two had previously met in Los Angeles. But a source tells People magazine that the reports aren’t to be trusted. “Leo is shooting ‘Gatsby’ and that’s about it,” the source says. “The gossips are on overdrive. They have linked him to half of Australia at this point.”

Ozzy’s to be a grandfather!

It’s a big month for Jack Osbourne, as his fiancee, Lisa Stelly, is pregnant with their first child, he told Piers Morgan in an interview, meaning shock rocker Ozzy will soon be a grandfather. “I’m excited,” Osbourne said. “I’m a little nervous.” Osbourne and Stelly announced their engagement two weeks ago.

Jolie goes to Libya

Though she usually can’t make a move without paparazzi knowing it, Angelina Jolie made a secret trip to Libya this week, reports Reuters. “I have come to Libya for a variety of reasons, to see a country in transition at every level,” Jolie said in a statement. “I will be meeting with officials from all sides, but above all listening to the local people in the street. I am here to express solidarity with them.” She visited the country under her role as an ambassador for the United Nations refugee agency.

“Lost” star Matthew Fox was detained by police in Cleveland after an altercation outside a bar with a female bus driver, according to TMZ. The driver, Heather Borman, says a clearly inebriated Fox was trying to board the party bus she was driving, though he wasn’t a part of the group who had rented it. “He just kept staring at me with his mouth wide open and not saying anything. I told him, ‘You have to leave buddy. You are trespassing on my bus,’” Borman says, adding that Fox then “leaned in and started punching my crotch and breast.” Borman struck back, punching Fox in the face and splitting his lip, which deterred the actor. Borman says she was acting in self-defense.

Jolie clears things up

With all the speculation going around about her family life, Angelina Jolie wants to clear a few things up. “I’m not pregnant. I’m not adopting at the moment,” Jolie tells Vanity Fair, adding that there is no “secret wedding” planned for her and Brad Pitt. Jolie is more concerned with her directorial debut, “In the Land of Blood and Honey,” and says that Pitt tried his best to be helpful during the making of the project. “He’d come in and say what he liked or what he didn’t understand,” she says. “Like any woman, I would listen to most of it and fight a few things. He’s been so supportive. But it’s hard to separate the person that loves you from the critic, so I don’t think he’s a fair judge.”

Winslet recounts fire

Kate Winslet is finally breaking her silence about her harrowing escape from a recent house fire on Richard Branson’s private Caribbean island. “I’m just glad that everyone is safe,” Winslet tells Entertainment Tonight. “I will never forget Richard placing his arms around both my children as we were watching the flames, and saying, ‘At the end of the day, what you realize is that all that matters is the people that you love. Everything else is just stuff.’”

Angelina Jolie doesn’t love acting as much as she used to, she tells the Financial Times. “I think when I was younger, I needed it more. I was trying to question things in life, so you find these characters that help you find things and grow,” she explains. “I’m older, and I know who I am.” And while she isn’t necessarily talking retirement, Jolie says she and Brad Pitt’s days in Hollywood are numbered. “As Brad and I get older, we’re going to do fewer films,” she says. “We’ve had a nice run, and I don’t want to be doing this our whole lives. There are a lot of other things to do.”

He’s not a player … really

Rumors of Ryan Reynolds’ post-divorce dating life have been greatly exaggerated, the actor insists. “Right now I seem to be on a speed-dating mission — at least according to those rumors that are going around,” Reynolds says, according to Hollyscoop. “Even my mom is confused. No man is potent enough to be able to go through as many women as that in such a short amount of time like I allegedly have.” As for his actual love life, Reynolds says he’s still getting over his split from Scarlett Johansson: “I’m just giving myself time to put everything that has happened behind me, and I’m taking things as they come. But I’m going to be ready for a relationship again soon,” he says.

Miley Cyrus’ latest ink

To show her support for same-sex marriage, Miley Cyrus has had an equal sign tattooed on her right ring finger. The Disney star showed off the new ink with a photo posted on Twitter, adding that “all love is equal.” One Cyrus fan was quick to disagree with her stance, to which Cyrus replied, “Where does it say in the Bible to judge others? Oh right, it doesn’t. God is the only judge, honey. ‘God is love.’”

Victoria and David Beckham happily welcomed their fourth child — and first daughter — earlier this week, but don’t expect them to be welcoming a fifth. Friends of the couple say baby Harper will be their last, according to People magazine. “She was saying, ‘I just want her to get here and want to be holding her in my arms – not in my belly,’” a source says of Victoria in the weeks leading up to the birth. “She had not been all that tired until the end, when it is just so hard to be active so pregnant.”

A marriage is still in  the works
While they’ve resisted the urge to tie the knot during their six years together, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly ready to walk down the aisle, three separate sources confirm to Us Weekly. The ceremony could happen as soon as this summer and would likely take place at the couple’s newly renovated Chateau Miraval in Correns, France, which includes a chapel on its grounds.

SJP: Still nervous
Sarah Jessica Parker says that, despite having plenty of experience in front of the camera, she still gets nervous at the start of each project — and her new film is no different. “I lose my appetite,” she tells Vogue. “By Wednesday of the first week on ‘I Don’t Know How She Does It,’ I was sobbing. I was apologizing. I was feeling so awful and ashamed, like I had let the director down.”

I don’t know what that means. Is Jolie trying to tell us that Pitt doesn’t have a uterus? We knew that already — right?

With three of her six children having been adopted, it’s no surprise that Angelina Jolie is extremely open about the topic at home. “The words adoption, birth mothers [and] orphanages are happy words in our household, and we talk about those subjects all the time,” she says, according to People magazine. “Life is very much about family, and the family you choose. You can define your own destiny despite what happened to you in the past.”

Radcliffe doesn’t mind Tony snub

Although his second time leading a show on Broadway didn’t result in a Tony nomination, Daniel Radcliffe doesn’t consider it a snub, according to the Wall Street Journal. “It’s such a competitive year, particularly in that category,” says the “Harry Potter” star, who is currently starring in a revival of “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying.” “It’s amazing to me that I’m talked about in those circles, that people think I belong in that company.”
