Lindsay Lohan got some good legal news for once late last week, learning that she will not be facing any charges related to her arrest following a November nightclub brawl in New York City, according to E! News. The Manhattan District Attorney is reportedly dismissing the case altogether because witnesses close to the plaintiff, professional psychic Tiffany Mitchell, were uncooperative and surveillance footage of the fight was inconclusive. “Tiffany is very disappointed that the District Attorney has not decided to prosecute Lindsay,” Mitchell’s attorney, Gloria Allred says.

Ashton Kutcher has vowed to keep his mouth shut when it comes to dishing on his relationship with Mila Kunis after how things turned out with ex-wife Demi Moore. “You know, I’ve learned the hard way how valuable privacy is,” Kutcher tells Elle magazine. “I’ve learned that there are a lot of things in your life that really benefit from being private. And relationships are one of them. And I am going to do everything in my power to have this relationship [with Kunis] be private.”

Sources say that prior to Katy Perry and John Mayer’s recent split the pair had been “fighting,” possibly over how fast their relationship was moving, according to Us Weekly. Perry had even brought Mayer home for the holidays to Santa Barbara. “Introducing her to his dad was a big deal,” a source close to Mayer says. “It was just too much, too soon.” But don’t count the pair out completely: “They’ve broken up before so it’s hard to tell,” another source says. “She’s changed a lot since she’s been with him.” And Perry hasn’t been shy about her heartache, posting a link on Twitter to a song by Tristan Prettyman called “I Was Gonna Marry You” with the message, “Perfectly put.”

Amanda Bynes‘ family is reportedly very concerned about the troubled actress and wants her to move back to Los Angeles where they can keep a better eye on her, according to E! News. The accident-prone starlet has been living it up in New York, tweeting pictures of her outlandish recent makeover and a new cheek piercing along with bizarre and nonsensical declarations like “Baby corn and fried tofu,” “Fear is pain arising from the anticipation of evil” and “I created the phrase lly and lololol.” Bynes has reportedly refused her family’s requests that she move back to L.A.

Matthew McConaughey is sticking by buddy and disgraced cyclist Lance Armstrong following Armstrong’s confession to doping. “He told a lie, he’s not a liar,” McConaughey tells Details magazine. “When it came out, I took it personally, but then I realized it ain’t personal to him. I was going, ‘That son of a bitch!’ but then I thought, ‘Well, what was he supposed to do? Call me to the side and go, ‘Hey, I did this’? But I’m happy for him now because despite all this outside conflict, he doesn’t have this inner conflict anymore.”

Demi Moore is finally filing divorce papers to end her marriage with Ashton Kutcher, according to Page Six. The news comes 16 months after their initial separation — and three months after Kutcher’s own filing. So what was the hold up? A source claims Moore had been trying to reach a confidential settlement with Kutcher about his income but has given up on the negotiations. “Ashton made a lot of money after marrying Demi — a lot more than she made — but despite him becoming just as famous through her, he believes he doesn’t owe her that much, the source says, adding that Kutcher “has been very difficult during the talks.”

Following her spat with Tina Fey and Amy Poehler, Taylor Swift has earned the ire of another famous funny woman. While Chelsea Handler says she’s not taking sides in the feud, she does have some interesting things to say about Swift. “My theory about Taylor Swift is that she’s a virgin, that everyone breaks up with her because they date her for two weeks and she’s like, ‘I’m not going to do it.’ And they’re like, ‘Oh well, forget it,’” she speculates during a chat on “Watch What Happens Live” with Andy Cohen. “Every guy thinks they’re going to de-virgin-ize her, and they’re not. Jake Gyllenhaal has a new lady in his life, and he reportedly met her in a spin class. Gyllenhaal and Sports Illustrated swimsuit model Emily DiDonato have been dating “for a month or two,” a source tells Us Weekly. The pair met at New York’s SpinCycle exercise studio, where Gyllenhaal has been know to work out whenever he’s in the city. “He’ll hop on the instructor bike,” the source says. “He loves the attention from the girls.”

Selena Gomez admits that she hasn’t had that active of a love life since her split from Justin Bieber, and apparently she doesn’t get “asked out a lot,” she tells Harper’s Bazaar. “And when I actually look presentable, I’m at an awards show. It’s not like I’ve wanted to go out and look for someone. I’m not really good at that.” Gomez admits that life with Bieber was made more stressful because of all the paparazzi attention. “But that’s not a factor for me because unfortunately you can’t control that,” she says.

Pete Townsend is looking to make amends after apparently swearing at a 7-year-old girl and her parents during a recent concert in Ontario, Canada. Townsend became annoyed after spotting a sign that read, “Smash your guitar, Pete!” being held up by the girl. “Go away with that sign, please. Just go away with it,” he scolded her parents. “Don’t bring you children [and] use them. I want to tell you two words, but I can’t because you’ve got a child here.” He then mouthed the words “f— off” at them. Townsend feels differently now, according to the Toronto Sun. “Apologies and condolences from my side, and very best wishes to you and your family,” Townsend writes in a letter to the father and daughter. “I am most certainly not angry. I was not angry on stage either. I was in rock star mode, the big mouth.”

Justin Bieber‘s tattoo obsession continues, with the 18-year-old Canadian pop star debuting yet another patch of ink via his Instagram account earlier this week. The piece, a profile of a Native American chief, is the logo for the Stratford Cullitons junior ice hockey team. “My grandfather always took me to the Stratford Culliton every Friday night,” Bieber posted along with the photo. “This is for [you], Grampa.” Last week, Bieber also had a session to add embellishments to an existing tattoo of praying hands on his lower leg.

The boys in the Wanted are looking to throw down with One Direction to finally determine which is the better boy band. The only question is how to handle the confrontation. “It’d have to be a pub brawl, wouldn’t it?” the Wanted member Jay McGuiness tells the Daily Star. “And we wouldn’t be doing any of that fancy fighting. It’s not like we know kung fu or anything. We’d just do what boys do.” His bandmate Max George thinks their chart-topping competition may actually be more lovers than fighters, though. “I think they fancy us, really,” George says. “It’s just their way of flirting.”

Though her first child is not even a month old, “Homeland” star Claire Danes is already making it clear she doesn’t plan to be a stay-at-home mom. “I’ve always wanted to have kids, but I’m glad I didn’t until now. When I was thinking about [working and being a mother] originally, I was really nervous about it,” Danes tells Elle magazine. “I think I would make a lousy stay-at-home mom. It just wouldn’t suit me. Courteney Cox and David Arquette definitely win the award for most amicable divorce, as the “Cougar Town” star insists to Ellen DeGeneres that Arquette is still her best friend. “I appreciate David more now than I ever did,” Cox says. “I mean, it’s hard. I don’t recommend divorce in general but you know, he is my best friend and we’ve both grown and changed and I think we both appreciate each other more. I hope he does. I do.” The pair separated in 2011 and filed for divorce in June but remain active parts of each others lives.

The reports dogging Joe Simpson that he’s recently come out of the closet to his family and has been carrying on an affair with a 21-year-old man appear to be effecting his golf game. According to Radar Online, Simpson didn’t play with his usual partner at his weekly outing. “Everyone noticed that after reports surfaced that Joe was gay, he didn’t play with his regular young, good-looking friend this past Saturday, but played with someone much, much older,” a source tells the Web site. “Joe has always played golf at his swanky club MountainGate on Saturdays at 12:30 p.m. with a much younger, 20-something male, who isn’t a member. Joe’s golfing buddy is extremely good looking and Joe is very, very secretive about his identity. Joe never writes the guest’s name on the sign-in sheet and never allows any other members to join in while they play golf, which is very, very odd.”

While the East Coast braced for the arrival of Hurricane Sandy, at least one star wasn’t too concerned. “Why is everyone in such a panic about the hurricane?” asked Lindsay Lohan on Twitter, adding that she’s calling it Sally instead of Sandy. “Stop projecting negativity! Think positive and pray for peace.”

Angelina Jolie hit a Halloween superstore near Los Angeles this weekend for a bit of last-minute shopping with three of her children, according to Us Weekly. The actress showed up with daughter Shiloh and 4-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne, picking up toys and costumes for the kids. “Angelina looked amazing. She definitely looked really healthy and she was really sweet. A few fans came up to her and she was beyond nice to them and talked to every single one of them,” A source says. “They were there for close to an hour and they had a pretty large purchase.” Among the items purchased was a unicorn costume for Vivienne that she wore out of the store.

Justin Bieber has added yet another tattoo to his growing collection of body art. The pop star posted a photo to Instagram over the weekend showing off an owl inked on his forearm. It’s the second tattoo the singer has added in less than two months, following a crown tattooed on his chest last month. The 18-year-old got his first tattoo — a bird silhouette on his hip — when he was 16.

They started making out.” Rumors of something between the two started earlier this year when Cowell had Electra serve as a guest judge for “Britain’s Got Talent,” but she was engaged to musician Rob Patterson at the time.

Before news broke of Arnold Schwarzenegger‘s 14-year-old love child with housekeeper Mildred Baena, he confessed it himself to wife Maria Shriver — but only after she confronted him about it in therapy. “The minute we sat down, the therapist turned to me and said, ‘Maria wanted to come her today and to ask about a child — whether you fathered a child with your housekeeper Mildred,’” Schwarzenegger writes in his new memoir. “I told the therapist, ‘It’s true.’” According to the book, the therapy session took place in January 2011, four months before he publicly admitted to fathering the child, whom he says was conceived during production of “Batman and Robin.”

Selena Gomez was spotted last week carrying around the marriage self-help book “the Five Languages of Love,” prompting speculation as to why the 20-year-old girlfriend of Justin Bieber would need marriage advice. But Gomez insists it came highly recommended. “Actually, my preacher suggested it to me just for fun, so I’m reading it just for fun,” she tells Hollyscoop.

The Twittersphere is blowing up over a video posted on YouTube starring some delicious, all-natural snacks, some questionable elements… and Ashton Kutcher.

In a marketing plot gone awry, Kutcher appears in a series of “dating” videos, during which he adopts different characters, rambles on in stereotypical accents, and then casually mentions Popchips — the product behind the videos.

The video that has stirred up the most controversy is one where Kutcher channels a character named Raj, a Bollywood producer looking for someone to “love him in all the wrong places.”

Kutcher wears brown-face makeup and speaks with a stereotypical, not to mention poorly delivered, Indian accent. The videos are meant to be light-hearted and funny, but it’s impossible to imagine that the creators and Kutcher didn’t see the backlash coming.

“I AM NOT AMUSED ASHTON KUTCHER (@aplusk). RACISM TO SELL POP CHIPS???,” one person tweeted in response to the video.

“OMG is this really Ashton Kuchner in brownface as a South Asian man for Pop Chips on YouTube?,” another tweeter said.

It will be interesting to see when or how popchips, a fairly new company, addresses the controversy. Take a look at the video and tell us what you think.

Victoria Beckham is striking back at critics who have said she’s been looking miserable lately. “Look, if people want to say I’m miserable then so be it,” Beckham tells the Sunday Mirror, explaining that she’s just exhausted from the combination of having new baby girl Harper to care for and a fashion line to oversee. “And then people want to say I look crap. Well, I’m a working mum, so give me a break. I’d like there to be a break but I very much doubt it’s going to happen any time soon. When Harper sleeps that will be my break.”

After keeping mum for three years, Minnie Driver has revealed the identity of the father of her son, Henry, saying it was a writer on “the Riches,” her former TV series. “He’s not famous,” Driver tells the Observer — without actually naming the man. “I don’t need to protect him anymore. He can fend for himself. He’s a grownup. Olivia Wilde opens up about her recent divorce in the new issue of “Town & Country.” “The good thing about getting divorced young — if there is a good thing — is that it makes you realize there’s no schedule in life,” says the actress, who married Italian prince Tao Ruspoli at age 18. “It blasts you wide open and frees you to be honest with yourself.”

That’s a healthy way to look at it. But we can’t help but wonder: Does it help when the “wide open” is every studio in Hollywood and “yourself” is Olivia Wilde?

The recently divorced actress was taken to a hospital Tuesday for issues related to substance abuse.

Her rep told TMZ, “Because of the stresses in her life right now, Demi has chosen to seek professional assistance to treat her exhaustion and improve her overall health. She looks forward to getting well and is grateful for the support of her family and friends.”

Typical PR jargon. Apparently every issue in Hollywood, whether it’s drugs, alcohol, or boy trouble is all credited to “exhaustion.” Can us normal folks use that excuse? ‘Sorry boss, I can’t come in to work today, I’m exhausted.’ We have a feeling that wouldn’t fly.

It’s sad to see her go down this road but we’re glad she’s getting the help she needs. You can do better than Ashton, Demi!

What PR person leaked that crazy information? Because, yeah, everyone knows so many marriages are broken up because the wife is hot, likes threesomes and is “cool” with outside arrangements. What horror that must have been for Kutcher! How he survived, I have no idea.

Biel plays mind tricks with us

Jessica Biel admits she keeps losing out on film roles to Anne Hathaway, with two recent instances that were particularly hard to take. First, there’s the role of Catwoman in Christopher Nolan’s “The Dark Knight Rises,” for which Biel hoped to audition. “[That was] another one that got away. I was gutted,” she tells Elle. But that’s not all: “I felt terrified when I auditioned for ‘Les Miserables,’ the movie that Tom Hooper is doing,” she says. “I was terrified to sing in front of him. I auditioned for Fantine and I sang ‘I Dreamed a Dream.’ I didn’t get it. And I would have loved it.” Hathaway eventually won that role as well.

This is strange. Why in the world would Biel admit publicly that she is always losing out on roles — unless she wants people to think she’s actually the same caliber as Anne Hathaway? Which, no, she’s not. I might give her Katherine Heigl-level, but even that’s a stretch.

According to In Touch, Moore got more than a little friendly with a young pal of Kutcher, actor Ben Hollingsworth, one night after picking him up from a party. “They wound up having sex in the back of the car,” a source claims. “It just kept going from there.” But not too far, as Hollingsworth called off the affair soon after. “He was getting to be better friends with Ashton and he felt bad,” the source explains.

Sex in a car? Why do we need to know these graphic details? Between Kutcher having sex in a hot tub and Moore doing the deed in the back seat of a car, it’s as though these two have something against beds.

Everything seemed just like normal.” Audience members watching the taping of the hit sitcom didn’t know she was there, though: “Demi didn’t come on the actual shooting set or anything — she never does — but she spent the day on the lot in his massive trailer,” the source adds.

Lovato moves to Valderrama

Demi Lovato appears to be finding happiness in the arms of former flame Wilmer Valderrama, according to Life & Style. The pair reportedly turned heads at a recent party at “Family Guy” creator Seth MacFarlane’s home. “They showed up together and made no effort to hide that they’re back together. They were stealing kisses throughout the night, holding hands and just seemed to enjoy being together,” a source says. “Demi couldn’t seem happier about it. They were dirty dancing to the music, and when they were seated, Wilmer had his hands on Demi’s knee the entire time. He was being very boyfriend-like and affectionate.”

Bieber likes to rent for Gomez

Justin Bieber may have set a tough standard to maintain when he reserved the entire Staples Center in L.A. to watch “Titanic” with girlfriend Selena Gomez. He pulled off another private screening recently, renting out a movie theater in Winnipeg so the pair could watch “Real Steel,” according to Us Weekly. “They made sure to keep everything really under wraps and private,” a source says. And the next night, Bieber treated Gomez to a hockey game at the MTS Centre — though he opted for a private suite instead of renting out the entire complex.

The Black Eyed Peas aren’t calling it quits as some rumors suggested, but Fergie does admit the group is on hiatus. “A break is not a breakup — you gotta watch ‘Friends,’” the Queen Pea told TMZ cameras.

We somehow doubt will.i.am is well-versed in the Ross and Rachel saga, so we’ll spell it out for him: It’s a trap, and we bet Fergie would look behind that door.

Sheen: ‘People aren’t stupid’

The more Ashton Kutcher denies cheating on wife Demi Moore in rambling Web videos, the more sane and professional Charlie Sheen seems. Sheen says he has no hard feelings about Kutcher, who replaced him on “Two and a Half Men,” but he’s not surprised ratings for the show have gone down. “He’s doing the best he can. I don’t think the role is cursed, but I’m extremely disappointed with how they’re handling what I left behind,” Sheen tells TMZ. “People aren’t stupid, you know. Not all of them.”

Kutcher, who was on hand to introduce a performance by Usher, also made mention of the DNA Foundation, the charity he started with Moore to combat sex trafficking, though he referred to it as “my DNA Foundation,” a source says. Kutcher appeared to be wearing his wedding ring at the event, according to onlookers.

Chris Martin admits that he’s only really had one serious relationship in his life — his marriage to Gwyneth Paltrow. “That’s right. I’m in it,” he says in an interview with CBS. “It’s a giant leap. Let’s face it, it’s like winning the lottery.” Martin, who rarely speaks openly about his family life, also says his two kids with Paltrow — Apple, 7, and Moses, 5 — have had quite an impact on his career with Coldplay. “It’s made it more focused,” he says. “And you have a purpose. I like what it does. Just the idea of having to work hard so your kids are OK.”

Liz Taylor’s memorial service

Elizabeth Taylor was honored by friends and family at a memorial event held on the Warner Bros. lot in Burbank, Calif., during the weekend, according to People magazine. Hosted by Colin Farrell, the event was attended by Taylor’s children, Michael and Christopher Wilding, Liza Tivey, Maria Burton, and stepdaughter Kate Burton, as well as friends like Michael Caine and Elton John, who performed at the ceremony. “To say that the world got smaller, emptier, darker and lonelier when we lost Elizabeth is an understatement,” John told the crowd. “She was a true rock.”

But here’s the thing: The Human Rights Watch, who have taken the actress and the other celebrities who attended — including Seal, Jean-Claude Van Damme, and British violinist Vanessa Mae — to task, say they warned Swank about Kadryov’s activities. She reportedly told them she had declined the invitation, but then went anyway.

Some of the bad spots on Kadyrov’s resume? House torchings, torture, abductions and murder. He has also permitted honor killings of his female citizens. Bad form, Swank. But if she gets an invitation from Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to come over for Thanksgiving, hopefully she’ll know now to turn him down.

Kutcher, Moore: Divorce likely

Ashton Kutcher is reportedly “expecting” Demi Moore to file for divorce after Sara Leal went public with details of her night with the “Two and a Half Men” star, according to Radar Online. “Ashton is absolutely gutted. Ashton had confessed his sexual relationship with Sara to Demi after it happened,” a source says. “She’s currently consulting with divorce attorneys. Ashton doesn’t want her to file for divorce, and is hoping they can work it out. However, Ashton expects that Demi will likely file. He was hoping that Sara wouldn’t give any interviews about their sexual encounter, but now she’s spilling all the seedy details and it doesn’t help matters at all.”

Hilary Swank parties in Chechnya

Don’t Seal, Hilary Swank and Jean Claude Van Damme have enough money that they don’t have to accept cash from a dictator? Apparently not. The stars were paid millions to attend a concert held on the 35th birthday of Chechnya’s leader, Ramzan Kadyrov, who has been accused of rights abuses, including murder, per The Associated Press.

“Ramzan Kadyrov is linked to a grim record of abuse,” says Hugh Williamson of the Human Rights Watch. “When stars get paid to turn up to party with (Kadyrov), it trivializes the suffering of countless victims of human rights abuses.”

Swank wasn’t forced to wear an Islamic head scarf, even though Kadyrov has forced his female citizens to do so. (He has also publicly approved honor killings of women). At the event, she said she liked the Chechen government’s “passion to make peace.”

And here I thought Sara Leal selling her Ashton sex story to Us Weekly was distasteful.

We already knew Leal and Kutcher allegedly met in a nightclub in San Diego before moving the party back to his hotel room. We also knew they were rumored to have had wild and crazy sex in the early morning hours of Kutcher’s wedding anniversary with Demi Moore, though he supposedly told Leal the couple was separated.

In the interview with Us, Leal revealed that the fun got underway after she and another young woman got completely naked in a hot tub with Kutcher. Then Leal and Kutcher headed into his bedroom and from there “he lost his towel and I took my robe off,” she said. “Then we had sex.”

If you’re wondering how Ashton Kutcher is in the sack, Leal told The Sun, “He was good but it wasn’t weird or perverted or creepy. I was attracted to him and he was attracted to me. He had great endurance. We were up for a while. It was about two hours.”

In between rounds one and two (which were both sans condom, by the way), Kutcher and Leal made light conversation about astrology and Rick Perry — you know, the usual post-coital chit chat.

The next morning, after inspecting Leal’s body to make sure he wasn’t wearing beer goggles the night before like any gentleman would, he confided, “I enjoy things like this because I’m an actor 90 percent of the time and it’s fake. It’s nice to have moments that are real.”

We bet it’s getting really real for you right about now, Ashton.

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore spent the Yom Kippur holiday getting away from it all, camping near Santa Barbara, Calif., with their Kabbalah instructor in tow, according to Hollyscoop. The couple didn’t seem at all pleased when spotted by other campers, though. “Demi was screaming ‘Please don’t take photos of me or my family. Please don’t expose this,’” a source says. “Once she knew she had been photographed, she whistled at Ashton and gestured for him to hurry into the tent. It was obvious that Demi was showing the strain about the state of her marriage.”

George Clooney still in love

George Clooney and Stacy Keibler are enjoying autumn by avoiding it all together. The new couple jetted off to Cabo San Lucas over the weekend, with Keibler posting a photo of a palm tree-lined, beachside swimming pool with the comment, “Chasing the last days of summer.” Clooney and Keibler, who celebrates her 32nd birthday Friday, “have great physical chemistry,” a source tells Us Weekly. “George is very sweet to Stacy. He gives her a lot of attention.”

Mikey Welsh, a former member of Weezer and painter in his own right, was found dead in a Chicago hotel room this weekend, of a suspected drug overdose. Welsh started playing music in Boston bands in the ’90s and was the bass player for Weezer when the group first came out of hiatus at the turn of the century, playing on such hits as “Hash Pipe” and “Island in the Sun.” He was reportedly in the Windy City to see his old band play. When Welsh spoke to Metro in 2003, he was just transitioning into his career as a painter. He spoke about an artist’s duty to “exorcise the demons.” “I don’t think art is supposed to be pleasant and happy,” he said. “It’s a free-for-all.” Welsh was 40 years old. He leaves behind a wife and two sons.

A Kabbalah reunion

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore appeared in public together for the first time since divorce rumors started plaguing them, according to People. The couple attended Friday night services at the Kabbalah Centre in L.A. While they sat on opposite sides of the aisle — as is customary at the Centre — they greeted each other with a hug afterward and left with their arms around each other’s waists, according to onlookers.

Blake Lively moves on?

It looks like Blake Lively’s recent visit with “Green Lantern” co-star Ryan Reynolds in Boston was a bit more than friendly. The “Gossip Girl” star, who recently split from Leonardo DiCaprio, was spending time with Reynolds while he was in the city filming a new movie, according to Hollywood Gossip. “When Ryan took Blake to catch her train back to NYC they were making out and looked really happy together,”?a source said. Apparently, Lively was at a recent Radiohead concert in New York that Reynolds attended with ex-wife Scarlett Johansson — though sources now say that he left with Lively instead, immediately boarding a train for Boston afterwards.

The only problem? She was two hours late to her own party. And after much protesting (and waiting through her performance of only one song, her hit “Shake Your Love,” which ages very well, FYI) we weren’t granted an interview at the reopening (she apologized later, saying the music was too loud). However, once the ’80s flashbacks wore off Gibson was kind enough to answer our questions about reinventing herself in the aughts.

You’ve made a new name for yourself by starring in such movies as “Mega Python vs. Gatoroid” and “Mega Shark Versus Giant Octopus.” Why do those types of films?

I have always enjoyed acting through my experiences on Broadway and I’m always game for new adventures. These movies are just so over-the-top and kitchy that I couldn’t resist the fun.  

Out of all of your co-stars in those films — Mega Shark, Giant Octopus, Mega Python and Gatoroid — which scared you the most?

None of them compare to the mega sharks I’ve worked with in the music business. But in all seriousness, the live alligator was the scariest.

You played Katie Perry’s mom in her “Last Friday Night” video. Do you feel like she is your daughter in a way, in that she’s this generation’s face of pop music?

I feel more like a big sister than mother, but yes, I do believe she is the generation’s face of pop music.

Ashton tries to slip the blame

If Ashton Kutcher is trying to spin the reason for his recent troubles with Demi Moore onto her shoulders by claiming she has relapsed, that’s really not the way to do it, bub.

A “friend” tells Life & Style that their relationship had fallen apart weeks before Ashton’s reported cheating incident. In fact, Ashton moved out because Moore had relapsed and he did so to “help” her. “Demi had been sober for a long time — decades — but recently it’s gotten bad,” the insider reveals to Life & Style.  “Ashton loves her, but he can’t stick around and watch her do this to herself.”

Bad form, Team Ashton. If your wife is sick, you stick by her and help her. You don’t move out and then boff a 23-year-old tart in a hot tub. You are not going to gain the sympathy vote with that angle.

Egotastic has gotten its hands on some racy party pics starring Sara Leal, or at least a woman who bares an uncanny resemblance to Sara Leal.

The San Diego blonde first made headlines after it was reported that she had a frisky sexual romp with the very-married Ashton Kutcher in his hotel room after the two met in a club.

It wasn’t long after that rumors began circulating about Leal holding out for a $250,000 deal before sharing all the scandalous details with the public. However, we’re getting a healthy dose of dirt already as Leal’s “friends” repeatedly spill the beans about what happened in that hotel room and now we have some topless photos to hold us over, too.

“Ashton and Sara definitely boned,” Leal’s friend Megan McNutt told RadarOnline. “They definitely hooked up, there was definitely sex involved. It was really fun. It was a typical San Diego thing just with Ashton Kutcher who is super hot and super fun.”

If it’s a “typical San Diego thing” to just randomly have sex with extremely attractive celebrities, we are totally moving to San Diego.

And he’s got a whole list of grievances when it comes to the sports world. “Female tennis players who cannot hit a ball without grunting — when on earth did that start? I think back to Billie Jean King, Chris Everet, Sharapova — they never grunted that way.”

Others on his list: “Basketball players who after every free throw turn around and have to bump hands with the other four members of their team — now what the hell is all that about? My biggest peeve is for those clowns at golf tournaments, when someone hits an approach shot from 150 yards away and they yell at the top of their lungs, ‘Go in the hole!’ Shoot the SOB, please!”

Yikes. Sounds like there’s a lot you can do to piss off Trebek. But if you ever get the chance to meet him, and you’re tempted to sing the “Jeopardy!” tune to him, don’t worry: He won’t get mad. “It’s a sign of love,” he told Metro after his talk. “It’s a sign of familiarity. It means they like the program and that makes me feel good.”

Some get bigger slice of the Pie

Things could get awkward on the “American Reunion” set if the subject of paychecks ever comes up, as producers reportedly snagged a return appearance by Tara Reid for much less than other cast members. Reid signed on with the picture — a sequel to “American Pie” — for a reported $250,000, according to the Hollywood Reporter, while co-stars Jason Biggs and Seann William Scott each got $5 million and a share of grosses. Alyson Hannigan earned a reported $3 million. The rest of the cast, including Chris Klein and Shannon Elizabeth, reportedly made between $500,000 and $750,000 each.

Kutcher no longer following wife on Twitter

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have reportedly been working all summer to save their relationship, though it appears the efforts were in vain. “[Demi] and Ashton had been receiving counseling from Kabbalah over the summer to try to fix their marriage,” a source tells Entertainment Tonight, adding that the couple have been living apart for some time. Moore is said to be “sad, hurt and embarrassed” by Kutcher’s latest cheating scandals and rumors about an impending split. She’s likely also troubled by the fact that Kutcher is no longer following her on Twitter.

Kutcher recently served as a guest editor for an online version of Details magazine. Apparently, more than a dozen of the companies featured in the issue, including Foursquare, Flipboard and Airbnb, are also companies in which Kutcher has invested– and that wasn’t disclosed.

Besides being ethically questionable, it could also get Kutcher in trouble with federal authorities, according to the New York Times.

Richard Cleland, assistant director of the division of advertising practices at the Federal Trade Commission, said to the New York Times, “If you’re out there promoting individual products that you have a specific investment in, it needs to be disclosed. If you have a significant economic investment that is not otherwise apparent, that may potentially affect the credibility of your endorsement, and I see that as a potential problem.”

So what could happen to America’s favorite pretty boy? He could face some tough questions from the Feds and find himself wishing this was just one long episode of “Punk’d.”

If Maria Shriver decides to divorce Arnold Schwarzenegger after revelations of his fathering a child with a former household employee triggered the couple’s separation, it could prove to be one of the costliest settlements in recent history, trumping even Tiger Woods’ $110 million payout, according to Page Six. Given the former California governor’s estimated worth, Shriver could walk away with more than $200 million, despite a prenup sources believe the couple signed. Neither Shriver nor Schwarzenegger have filed for divorce yet.

Kutcher won’t get comfy

While executives at “Two and a Half Men” are happy to have Ashton Kutcher stepping into Charlie Sheen’s shoes, they apparently don’t expect to keep him long. According to the Wall Street Journal, Kutcher’s contract for the hit sitcom only covers one year, while the show itself was renewed for two more seasons. Kutcher will be earning an estimated $750,000 an episode, according to the newspaper. 

How do you really feel, Zach?

In other “Mad Men” news, Zach Galifianakis is no January Jones fan. It seems they met once, and didn’t quite hit it off: “It was crazy,” the actor tells Shortlist.com. “I was at a party, I’d never met her — and she was like, ‘Come sit down.’ So I sit at her table and talk for 10 minutes, and she goes, ‘I think it’s time for you to leave now.’” More and more, we know where her frosty Betty Draper inspiration comes from.

Sheen vs. Kutcher

Charlie Sheen isn’t too thrilled by the news that Ashton Kutcher will be replacing him on “Two and a Half Men,” and he’s made his feelings known in a profanity-laced letter to TMZ. “My fans may tune in for a minute — but at the end of the day, no one cares about your feeble show without me,” Sheen writes. “Shame on you. Not even a phone call to the man that put you on the map. The man that put $500 million in your pockets.” As for Kutcher himself, Sheen has a special message: “Enjoy planet Chuck, Ashton,” Sheen says in reference to series creator Chuck Lorre. “There is no air, laughter, loyalty or love there.”

As long as Kutcher primarily performs with his shirt off, I think most people will forget all about Charlie Sheen by next season.
