A sobbing stalker reportedly threw an electric razor filled with her own pubic hair at Hugh Jackman while he was working out at Gotham Gym in the West Village, according to a New York Post exclusive report.

The Post described the stalker as blond and wearing khaki pants and a blue hoodie, and identified her as 47-year-old Kathleen Thurston.

Thurston reportedly snuck past the check-in desk while hysterically sobbing, found Jackman and shouted, “I love you!” before reaching into her waistband and lobbing the razor at him.

Jackman reportedly backed away, thinking she was reaching for a knife or a gun.

Thurston was reportedly physically removed from the gym, and arrested at 14th Street and 8th Avenue.

The Post reported that the NYPD Crime Scene Unit had to pick hairs out of the razor to match then to Thurston’s DNA.

Jackman reportedly said he has seen Thurston outside his 7-year-old daughter’s school in Manhattan, and she had previously shown up at his home, but he did not have a restraining order against her.

Thurston has no prior criminal history. The Post said her listed address was a Harlem shelter for the mentally ill.

As of Saturday night, she was awaiting arraignment in Manhattan Criminal Court.

Russell Crowe doesn’t have a great reputation for being the most cuddly of superstars (nor as a great singer, but that’s neither here nor there,) but to yell at a young Rebel Wilson? For shame, Russell. For shame.

On Tuesday night, Wilson went on “The Tonight Show” and told the amusing/sad tale of the time she tried to talk to Nicole Kidman and Russell Crowe at a restaurant and was totally shut down by Crowe. The backstory: Wilson, who is from Australia, won the Nicole Kidman Scholarship at the Australian Theatre for Young People. Some time later, Rebel was at a restaurant in Sydney and saw Kidman and Crowe dining. She wanted to thank Kidman for the scholarship but, well, we’ll let her recall that magical moment:

“One time in Sydney, I saw her having dinner with Russell Crowe and I go, ‘OK, now’s my chance. I’m going to say thank you. I went up to them but, before I could say anything, Russell Crowe turns to me and says, ‘Fuck off!’ I just put my head down and walked the other way. …. But thanks, Nicole!”

This makes me love Rebel even more. I just hope the two never star in a movie together — especially if that movie is “Pitch Perfect 2.”

Take off your shoes. Take your laptop out of your bag and place it in a plastic bin. Remove jewelry and any loose change you have in your pockets. Now walk through the detector, and if you’re lucky it won’t beep, prompting for an additional search by a TSA agent.

It’s a hassle, but everyone goes through the same process – even celebrities (you see, they really are just like us.)

A Tumblr blog appropriately titled Celebrities vs. the TSA chronicles that uncomfortable moment when celebrities have to pass through security like us common folk. Is it borderline intrusive and makes you feel like the paparazzi? Sure. Does it suck you in and before you know you’ve spent 45 minutes looking at celebrities passing through metal detectors? Absolutely.

Not only does this blog give us a glimpse of who looks as sloppy as we do when they travel (hooray for sweatpants and oversized T-shirts), but it also a way of seeing who travels the most. Hint: There are a lot of photos of the Kardashians and the guys of One Direction. Most photos seem to be taken at LAX or other California airports.

Oh man. This is not good. I mean, in the spectrum of not good things, this ranks pretty much at the top: Lamar Odom and wife Khloe Kardashian’s charity for kids with cancer looks like a scam. That’s right: They are fleecing kids with cancer. The only thing worse than scamming kids with cancer? Scamming kids with AIDS. That’s it. There’s nothing worse. (OK, maybe scamming orphans with AIDS and/or cancer, but that’s really it.)

A new report by ESPN (and this marks the first time ESPN has been mentioned in this column) says Odom’s charity, Cathy’s Kids, which started in 2004 in honor of Odom’s mother who died from stomach cancer, has raised $2.2 million, but not one cent has gone to cancer-related causes. Instead, it seems like the money has gone to two things: the charity’s “executive,” Jerry DeGregorio, who happened to be the best man in Kardashian’s and Odom’s wedding, and two elite youth basketball travel teams. It’s important to note that none of the kids in that elite basketball team seems to be battling cancer in between traveling to games.

When approached by ESPN, Odom brushed off the allegations with, “It’s my money.”

Actually, if you raise $2.2 million by having people donate their cash to help children with cancer, it’s not your money. I swear. Do I have to go to Hollywood myself to teach these people how to act?

Lohan in Brazil and jokes that she is pregnant
Lindsay Lohan made a very last-minute decision to continue her adventures in Brazil this week, making her way to the São Paulo airport for a flight back to New York only to opt out of getting on the plane, according to E! News. While her manager took the flight as planned, Lohan reportedly checked herself into the Emiliano Hotel with a female friend. “She’s staying on her own dime,” a source say. “She is staying against everyone’s advice.” Lohan’s promotional trip to Brazil for a denim company was to be followed by a quick trip to NYC before heading to L.A. for the Coachella Music Festival and then 90 days of court-ordered rehab. The extended vacation also gave Lohan a chance to get in on the fun of pulling an April Fools’ Day prank on her Twitter followers, posting, “It’s official. Pregnant…” and drawing a flood of shocked reactions. Maybe some of her fans didn’t realize it was a joke because, on the East Coast at least, it was no longer April 1 when the tweet went up. You know, despite everything, I used to like Lohan, but doing an April Fools’ Day joke that reached its pinnacle in 2009 on my Facebook timeline? Unforgivable.

Mayer zips his lips (for once)
John Mayer seems to have turned over a new leaf when it comes to dishing on ex-girlfriends, as in a recent interview with Ellen DeGeneres when he did not rise to her attempts to discuss his recent split from Katy Perry. “It was a very private relationship going in, it was a private relationship during and it’s a private relationship still,” Mayer said. “I can understand asking the question based on some previous answers I have given, but I have finally learned how to put the wall between one thing and the other.” The best DeGeneres could glean from the singer was a rather vague, “I’m on the same journey as everyone else. Coupling is a tricky thing.”

Bieber’s friends love a good time — on his dime
It turns out Justin Bieber doesn’t even have to be home to show his friends a good time. According to E! News, about four male pals have been crashing at Bieber’s L.A. home and throwing some pretty raucous parties in his absence. “The music is loud and everything, but where it is, the homes are so spread apart and so big, so I don’t know how they would be able to hear,” a source says. “They probably complain because when people come up, there are like 20 cars. That was a crazy party. We were just drinking and doing our thing.” The houseguests living it up while Bieber continues his European tour include rappers Lil Twist and King Kevi. And from what the source says, the house sounds like a teenager’s dream: “Right when you open the front door, there is an arcade room, basketball machines, a couple Pac-Mans, ping-pong table,” the source says.

Berry and Martinez in paparazzi fight
Halle Berry and fiance Olivier Martinez had a pretty rough homecoming after their Hawaiian vacation when Martinez got into a bit of a scuffle with paparazzi outside LAX, according to TMZ. Martinez allegedly kicked a photographer in the leg and wrist as he, Berry and Berry’s daughter, Nahla attempted to exit the airport, with Berry reportedly imploring the swarm of shutterbugs, “Get away, there’s a child.” Once Nahla was safely in their waiting SUV, Martinez reportedly stormed back to kick the photographer again before being pulled away by Berry.

Whether you agree or disagree with the idea of objectifying and ranking women based on their physical appearance (and encouraging readers to do it, too, by voting for their picks), you can’t argue that Maxim has made the annual tradition into a wildly popular and successful media blitz. Maybe you love to look at it or maybe you hate to look at it — but you’re still looking at it.

So, of course, we here at Metro have studied the list closely, for, uh, reference purposes, and we contend that the Hot 100 are, in fact, hot. But, there are a few selections on Maxim’s 2012 Hot 100 that make us rather uncomfortable.

Allow us to explain:  

Amanda Knox

Everyone is talking about “Foxy Knoxy’s” appearance on the list. She was acquitted this year of her roommate’s murder and returned from Italian prison to her home in the United States. Besides a few professional athletes, Knox is the only woman on the list who isn’t a model, actor or singer. The question is: Is it okay to judge a convicted murderer on her sexiness, as long as she was acquitted later?

Amanda Bynes

Even though Bynes seems to be clumsily following in the footsteps of trainwreck Lindsay Lohan, we can’t help but still picture the former Nickelodeon star as just that — a Nickelodeon star. Her consistent roles as innocent, goofy girl have sucked any and all sexy thoughts about Bynes straight out of our heads.      

Lois Griffin

Interesting choice, Maxim, interesting choice. Perhaps the writers chose the “Family Guy” mom to try and interject a little humor onto the list and send a message that says, “Sure, we judge women primarily on their worth as sexual objects, but look — we included a cartoon, so we can’t be that bad, right? Ha. Ha.”

Sarah Hyland

The very young-looking actress plays a teen on the show “Modern Family” and, yes, she is of legal age. But even Maxim admits that talking about her hotness is a bit borderline creepy: “It turns out the hot daughter from Modern Family is 21, so you don’t have to feel weird about having a crush on her.” Well, we still feel weird about it.

Vanessa Hudgens

She’s already got a naked photo scandal under her belt, but Hudgens is another one of those former Disney stars who won’t grow up in our minds. She probably still lives at home with her parents, right?

Emma Roberts

Another young one, Roberts was dubbed by one Metro staffer as “the human glass of milk.” ‘Nuff said.

Selena Gomez

Again, we know she’s “legal” at age 19, but we still can’t get past her Disney image. Plus, she’s the the girlfriend of Justin Bieber (cutest kid couple ever!) and the whole thing makes us feel icky inside. Wait, Bieber turned 18, too?

Emma Watson

We’re well aware that the Brown-educated Brit has come into her own, cut her hair, and re-branded herself as a mature actress, but we will always see her as frizzy-haired little Hermione, who helped Harry Potter save the world as a young student at Hogwarts. We don’t want to sexualize anyone who’s still 11 in our minds.

Miley Cyrus

She certainly wants everyone to think she’s hot, with her recent sideboob unveiling and all, but she is still tween rocker Hannah Montana in our eyes. There’s no doubt that Cyrus is growing up, but come one: How mad would her dad be with us for looking at his Miley in “that way.”

Stephen Colbert

Apparently, he made the list after an aggressive write-in campaign by his fans, but it’s puzzling, given that Maxim labels the Hot 100 as “The Definitive List of the World’s Most Beautiful Women.” But, uh, sure, Maxim.

Who is the mastermind behind this digital treasure? Why, it’s sir Terry Richardson, infamous professional creepy guy. If you don’t know much about Terry Richardson, other than that he’s the guy who got to watch Kate do the “Cat Daddy” in person, then allow us to offer some background. Prepare to be skeeved out.

Richardson is a well-known photographer who has a long and documented history of persuading young girls to pose naked by getting naked himself. His unorthodox approach to nude photo shoots has permanently landed him on the list of fashion’s creepiest photographers. His 1980′s style eye wear and bushy face caterpillar doesn’t help, either.

He’s been publicly accused of sexual harassment and one model even spoke out about him asking her to show him her tampon and also give him a hand job during one photo shoot, all while his staffers stood around watching, egging her on, like this was the most natural, normal thing in the world. He’s been quoted as saying, “It’s not who you know. It’s who you blow,” about the fashion world.

Somehow, though, Richardson has managed to photograph some of the most influential and beautiful celebrities in the world. His portfolio includes sexy, and often provocative shots of Pamela Anderson, Lindsay Lohan, Kate Moss, Amy Winehouse, Josie Maran, and Mary-Kate Olsen. He’s also photographed (though not as provocatively) Barack Obama, James Franco and Michael Douglas, just to name a few. How does this man do it? Sure, his work is widely circulated and well-known — but for already established celebs who aren’t trying to break onto the scene, we can’t help but wonder how they get lured into the dark, bizarre, and reportedly uncomfortable, world of Terry Richardson.

Now, Richardson adds Kate Upton to his collection of celebrities he’s managed to capture in edgy, sexual lights. And, as always, Richardson’s work is turning heads.

She fascinated us as a teen with super powers on “The Secret World of Alex Mack.” She went on with her acting career and starred in well known movies like “The Babysitters Club” and “10 Things I Hate About You.” These days, though, a mature Oleynik can be spotted as Jenna Kaye on “Hawaii Five-0″ and Ken Cosgrove’s wife on “Mad Men.”

Mayim Bialik

The former tween star won our hearts as quirky modern teen Blossom Russo in “Blossom.” Her quick wit translated from her real-life smarts: Did you know she has a Ph.D. in neuroscience from UCLA? These days, you’ll see her as Amy Farrah Fowler in “The Big Bang Theory.”

Kirk Cameron

We prefer to remember Kirk Cameron as Mike Seaver from “Growing Pains,”
but these days, he’s a far cry from his lovable boy character. Cameron
has become rather outspoken in conservative politics and recently made
headlines for some controversial remarks about homosexuality.

Mike Judge

Though he was hardly a familiar face, Mike Judge created and voiced both Beavis and Butthead in the naughty cartoon that defined our adolescence. That’s not his only claim to fame, though — years later, he was spotted in “Office Space” as Stan, the annoying clueless manager of  Chotchkie’s.

Shawna Waldron

You probably wouldn’t recognize Waldron as Ice Box from the movie “Little Giants” if you saw her now. She’s certainly all grown up now and has since starred in some racy films like “Poison Ivy: The Secret Society.”

Danielle Fishel

She won our hearts as Topanga on “Boy Meets World,” but Fishel didn’t stop there. Not only is she now a spokesperson for Nutrisystem diet foods, but she is also a host on Style Network’s “The Dish.”

You probably recognize Adam Scott as Ben Wyatt from “Parks and Recreation.” However, he was making us laugh long ago (with the same haircut), when he starred in the reoccurring role of Griff the bully on “Boy Meets World.”

Did he do that? Yes, he did. Jaleel White, best known for his comedic character Steve Urkel on TGIF favorite “Family Matters,” is now sashaying across the dance floor on the current season of “Dancing With The Stars.” It’s safe to say he grew out of the awkward phase.

Scott Weinger

This one blew our minds. Weinger, who will forever be known to us as DJ
Tanner’s boyfriend on “Full House” eventually moved on to an extremely
well-known character — he’s the voice of Disney’s Aladdin!
