Name: Leila Yavari
Spotted: Milan

What she's wearing: "I'm wearing a Margiela for H&M, a Proenza Schouler skirt, Chloe boots, a Zara top and the bag is by Jil Sander."

The one item of clothing that she would wear every day for the rest of her life: "I would wear the embroidered jacket from Prada. I think I can wear that jacket over any look at any time."

The one trend that she would banish: "I would banish cork wedges because it's almost impossible to look good wearing them."

Her style: "I have a very refined and polished look."

Let's start with the positive: the Chloé collection featured a selection of beautifully executed coats and capes that transcended any trend or fleeting moment. The bad? The show managed to cram in just about every unflattering trouser shape known to man. A pair of high-waisted, cropped wide-legs (you read that right) looked great on the model, but will read as mom pants on anyone else. There was also a pair of leather, drawstring sweatpants (an easy way to look like you've put on extra poundage) and a pair of horizontally striped trousers with pleats at the hips and straps cinching the ankles (too many problems to list in my small word count here)....
