With events for the whole family, the free expo features a question and answer session on the city's bike share program, bike riding instruction and a showcase of bike-related exhibitors and organizations.
Located at Pier 36, Basketball City, along the East River at South and Montgomery Streets, the expo takes place in the two days leading up to the bike race.
Bikers in this year's tour will be raising funds to help victims of the Boston bombing, Bike New York said.
