Ideas for your big night

When we found out that lingerie designer Jenna Leigh — who creates gorgeous sets and chic rompers for her eponymous intimates line— was getting hitched, we couldn’t help but wonder what sexy, lacy little thing was good enough for her wedding night. She tells us what she’ll slip into.

Her big night
“I’m getting married this fall and have chosen the Laos set for my own wedding night,” she says. “It’s a very delicate and feminine silhouette, but offers ample support. The color palette of this set is a beautiful blush, nude and white tone, and it’s made entirely from silk with intricate top-stitching detail. I also love the lace ruffle trim, which adds a romantic element.”

Bridal shower or bridesmaids gifts
“Feminine and romantic styles, such as Tremblant (in white) would be ideal for a bridal shower gift,” suggests Leigh. “I’m actually thinking about giving lingerie to my bridesmaids as gifts, perhaps in addition to jewelry. The Malawi set would be perfect. Our new slate gray color is gorgeous and sophisticated, and the navy blue color has always been one of my classic sets. The set also has a skirted garter, which is more of a fun piece!”

For ‘every occasion’
“Lingerie shouldn’t just be for special occasions, it should be ‘every occasion’ wear,” she recommends. “The Namos collection is definitely a great example of this. The Namos bra is comfortable enough for every day, can be worn under t-shirts, tanks, dresses, etc.,but is also sexy enough for the nighttime.”
