Black Friday: Don’t let tramplings happen to you (VIDEO)

How much Black Friday can one shopper take?

There’s something about a $49.99 GPS unit that makes people go bonkers. We see it every year — crazed shoppers bursting through the entrances of Walmarts and Targets, desperate to get their hands on Black Friday deals.

There’s lots of pushing, yelling and the occasional fist fight. There have even been Black Friday casualties when mobs of shoppers literally trampled people to death. We cannot think of a more ridiculous, preventable incident.

Here’s a round-up of unbelievable — sometimes hilarious, sometimes tragic — footage from Black Fridays past. So if you set up a tent Thanksgiving night in the parking lot of your big box retailer of choice, did you witness madness like this?

This one happened last year at a Target store in Buffalo. A few injured people had to recover along the side, but after they catch their breath, they join right back in on the action.

This video was shot outside an outlet mall on Black Friday. Note to self: leave babies at home.

Who cares if you end up facing criminal charges for getting into a fight at Walmart as long as you get that Xbox 360!

Nothing like an early morning fight to get your blood flowing for a day of deals as these shoppers learned at a Kohl’s in Tennessee.

And let us not forget the Walmart employee who was trampled to death as scores of shoppers ran over him to get their greedy hands on TVs and laptops. Really, America. Really?!
