Rebecca Taylor is one of the designers set to show her Fall 2013 collection on Saturday in the midst of a massive winter storm. And like the rest of the Saturday lineup, at press time, she has no plans of postponing. We check in.

What’s the mood like in your office? Is the team stressed?
“There’s nothing we can do about it. It is what it is. We’ve had pretty adverse situations to deal with before, so we’ll figure it out. 9/11 was actually the day of my show and after living though that, this is just snow. Whatever. We can deal.”

Was there ever a moment you considered canceling?
“No. We are going to do the show tomorrow. I’ve cast the girls and I love my lineup. I’m not moving that show for anything. The thought of getting all the girls back and recasting and the hair and makeup — It’s a giant jigsaw puzzle. It’s insane. We’re ready. We’re even ready now.”

Rag & Bone served mulled wine and pretzels to those who trooped it to their show. Do you have anything special planned?
“I’m trying to organize a hot chocolate truck to get people warmed when they arrive. We’re [also giving out] little pocket warmers for people to warm hands. And we’ve organized a shuttle for those coming from Prabal Gurung’s show. It feels kind of communal in a way. We’re all in this together and it’s awful.”
