Uber is offering delivery kittens in New York, Seattle and San Francisco
Car service app Uber has teamed up with site Cheezburger to offer a $20 kitten delivery service today. Cat lovers and office drones looking to break up the day can order a 15-minute playtime with kittens until 4 p.m. The kittens even come with cupcakes from Ace of Cakes bakery to celebrate National Cat Day. If you really fall in love, you can even adopt the cats. Proceeds go to various shelters: the ASPCA in New York, the Seattle Humane Society in Seattle and the SF SPCA in San Francisco.
All you have to do to order kittens is log into your Uber app on your smartphone and choose the “Kittens” option instead of a car.
Unfortunately, the cuteness server seems to be overloaded: When Metro tried to order kittens, we got a message that said, “Sorry, all Kittens are currently being snuggled.”
