Terrible at taking selfies? Use a Hisy remote

Hisy Remote Shutter commercial from Tim & Co Motion Pictures on Vimeo.

Does your selfie need a little work? The Hisy wireless remote for smartphones lets you take effortless selfies with a device that’s just a little bigger than a quarter. The remote is simple to set up on an iPhone via Bluetooth and doesn’t require any extra equipment. It’s perfect for people who are too embarrassed to take an obvious selfie — you won’t get have that weird arm angle — and it’s a nice tool for those annoying moments when you don’t have a stranger on hand to snap a pic of you and your friends.

Having a bad skin day and the Amaro filter just isn’t cutting it? Put your phone on a bookshelf and stand far away, and let Hisy do the work.

We tested out the remote at our office and found that it is also great for taking stealth shots of your coworkers. Just set up your camera on their desk and snap away from the convenience of your seat. We imagine there are other great prank uses for the Hisy, but we’ll let you figure that out on your own.

Of course, there is something to be said for the fact that there is a market for a selfie remote control — but we’re too busy taking selfies to ponder that.
