Baby Bounce Back

Princess or not, you don’t have to be having the royal baby to get your body back in shape after delivery in a safe and effective way. Now through Oct. new moms can bounce back after pregnancy with a mixture of pilates-based toning and cardio at New York Sports Club’s (80th & Broadway) “Baby Bounce Back” class every Friday.
