Talk about the baby that couldn't wait!
Early this morning, police on Suffolk County, Long Island delivered a baby boy at his mother's home in Patchogue.
Police responded to an emergency 911 call to a home on Laurel Street at about 1:10 a.m. today, reporting a woman, Anna Punin, in "severe labor pains," according to police.
When the three police officers arrived at the scene, they quickly realized birth was imminent.
The three cops guided Punin through the birth, delivering a baby boy at 1:34 a.m. today.
Punin and her baby, her fifth child, were taken to Stony Brook University Medical Center after the birth. Both were in healthy condition.
