Police investigate potential homicide at Queens hotel

A Queens man was found dead Saturday night inside this Crown Motor Inn.

A Queens man was found dead inside a hotel room Saturday night in an incident that police have classified as a homicide.

Cops arriving at the Crown Motor Inn on Queens Boulevard in Elmhurst discovered the body of Joseph Benzinger, 54, lying unconscious on the floor. Benzinger, a Middle Village resident, was pronounced dead at the scene.

No arrests had been made as of Sunday, the NYPD said.
