International Boston Seafood Show draws thousands to Convention Center

The Hub’s favorite grub will be in the spotlight today during an annual event that celebrates the delectable treasures of the sea.

The International Boston Seafood Show, North America’s largest seafood exhibition, continued at 10 a.m. today at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center.

The annual event attracts roughly 19,000 seafood buyers and sellers from across the globe. Mayor Thomas Menino and former talk show host Regis Philbin are expected to stop by today. The exhibit runs through tomorrow afternoon.
