D.A.: Sex abuse investigation of former Northeast High dean isn’t over
Police are still investigating the case of former Northeast High School dean of students Mark Preston Williams, 56, who was arrested yesterday for allegedly having sex with a 17-year-old student, according to a release from the District Attorney’s Office.
Anyone with information about Williams is asked to call Special Victim’s Unit detectives at 215-685-3251.
Williams was arraigned overnight and is charged with institutional sexual assault of a student, unlawful contact with a minor, corruption of a minor, endangering the welfare of a child and interference with the custody of a child.
He is currently free after posting $50,000 bail. Williams’ trial is set to begin in Family Court on April 2.
