Man found inside paper recyclables In Northeast Philadelphia

Two Waste Management workers found a body inside a pile of paper recyclables Saturday at its Northeast plant, police said.

The body was identified as a 60-year-old white male, but no name was provided.

The body was found with a broken right leg and facial injuries around noon on the 5200 block of Bleigh Avenue. Authorities pronounced the man dead on scene. No immediate arrests were made.
