VIDEO: Police looking for Couch Tomato burglars in Manayunk

Police are searching for two men who they say burglarized The Couch Tomato Cafe and Tomato Bistro in Manayunk around 4 a.m. Monday.

The two men were captured on surveillance video casing the Bistro at 102 Rector Street, according to police. Several minutes later the same men pulled up in a van and entered the cafe through the rear door. After taking money from the register, the suspects then used a shopping cart from the business to carry out the safe.

Both men are described as white males. The older man is described between 30 and 40 years of age with a stocky build. He also has an unknown tattoo on the back of his neck just at the hair line.

The second man is described as 20 years of age with a thin build and walks with a hitch in his step.
