Anthony Weiner, campaigning with his fedora-clad toddler on Father’s Day, promised voters can expect to see his wife, Huma Abedin, on the campaign trail “soon enough.”

“She’s very busy,” Weiner reportedly said.

Meanwhile, Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) has reportedly sent a letter to Abedin and current Secretary of State John Kerry, questioning Abedin’s holding two jobs in politics.

Abedin reportedly earned a six-figure salary as a political consultant at the same time that she was working as an aide for ex-Secretary of State Hilary Clinton. Grassley is questioning whether Abedin disclosed the consulting gig and salary.

Weiner reportedly said it was all above board, done with the approval of the State Department, and he and his wife have “perhaps a couple of the most financially transparent lives that there is.”

“I gotta tell you, the American people have gotten a real bargain for her service,” Weiner added. “She works, frankly, 24/7.”
