Police this morning pulled a body from Pennypack Creek nearby where a teenage boy went missing Monday afternoon after he was swept away by the creek’s waters.

The body was pulled from the creek near Holme and Winchester avenues about 6:30 a.m., NBC10 reports.

It was not immediately clear if the body is 13-year-old Brandon Boyle, the missing boy.

Search and rescue crews spent three days looking for Boyle, who was swimming in the creek with his younger brother and friends when he was swept away by the waters.
