Philadelphia police are looking for a duo caught on camera at an area Kmart using a credit card stolen from a Manayunk woman to rack up more than $2,000 in charges.

Police said a 35-year-old woman told police she was inside Manayunk’s Spiral Bookcase, located at 110 Cotton St., on July 3 when around 8 p.m. someone took her wallet containing credit and debit cards, as well as various forms of identification.

The victim was contacted a short time later and informed the cards were used at a Philadelphia area Kmart to buy items totaling $2,107.99, police said.

The woman, after viewing surveillance video from the Kmart in question, said she immediately recognized the pair conducting one of the transactions as having been in the bookstore with her.

One suspect is described as a black male between 30 and 40 years of age with a stocky build.

He was last seen wearing a white polo shirt, blue jeans and a multicolored baseball hat.

The second suspect is described as a black female between 30 and 40 years of age with a stocky build.

She was last seen wearing a dark-colored baseball hat, multicolored shirt and blue jeans.

Anyone with information about the suspects or crime is asked to call 911, to contact the Northwest Detective Division at 215-686-3353 or 3354, or to submit an anonymous tip by dialing 215-686-TIPS (8477), texting PPD TIP (773847), emailing tips@phillypolice.com or by filling out this online form.
