Philadelphia police on Wednesday released surveillance video showing three young children breaking into a Logan Rite Aid on Monday night and stealing soda and cookies.

Investigators said the three unknown juveniles were caught on camera shortly before 11:45 p.m. forcing open a rear bay door of the store at 1334 Windrim Ave. and sliding underneath it.

Once inside, the suspects allegedly stole several six-packs of soda and cookies with an estimated value of $30.

Police said they then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

One suspect is described as a 5-foot-tall, black or Latino male between the ages of 12 and 14 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a red and white horizontal striped shirt and dark-colored jeans.

The second suspect is described as a 5-foot-3-inch to 5-foot-5-inch tall black male between the ages of 12 and 15 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing camouflage shorts and carrying a blue, black and red horizontal striped shirt.

The third suspect is described as a 5-foot-8-inch to 5-foot-10-inch tall black male between the ages of 14 and 16 with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt and dark-colored pants.
