Man, 18, wounded in Bronx shooting

Police are searching for the gunman who shot and wounded an 18-year-old man in the Bronx on Friday.

The male suspect fired shots in front of 850 E. 165th Street near Prospect Avenue just before 2:30 p.m., striking the victim twice, police said. The victim was listed in stable condition at Lincoln Hospital.

Police released these surveillance photos of the suspect.

Anyone with information regarding this incident is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477). The public can also submit tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then entering TIP577. All calls are confidential.
