Man shoots at Philadelphia police, barricades self in Feltonville home
A man barricaded himself inside a home on East Courtland Street after firing a gun at Philadelphia police about 6 a.m. Wednesday.
The man surrendered about 7:30 a.m., NBC10 reports.
No police officers were injured by the gunfire.
Police responded to the Feltonville neighborhood on a report of screaming along the 500 block of East Courtland Street. They were greeted by gunfire, and the man went inside the home. SWAT officers came in after an hourlong standoff.
