Tart cherries are loaded with antioxidants that are good for your heart, immune system and brain, and the drink has been proven to help reduce symptoms of arthritis in the knee. Thankfully, you don’t have to travel to Indianapolis to track down a bottle — pick one up at Whole Foods.
