Unfortunate Ads: Storage Deluxe’s SNL gaffe

Metro was riding the 4 train earlier today when we spotted something unusual.

The advertisement for the company “Storage Deluxe” boasts that they offer both secure and spotless services to their customers, but their logo might be offering a bit more.

Reminiscent of a certain SNL holiday song, a stick figure holds a box over his groin — and the ad copy does little to dispel the suggestion:

“Range of unit sizes available” “Special hot prices” “Reserve a unit for free with no obligation”

Has their love for Andy Samburg and Justin Timberlake’s Lonely Island tune gone too far?

Wait…whose stuff is in that box?
