It’s Beatlemania all over again! Hundreds of teen fans lined up outside J&R Music World today, all eager for a glimpse of UK boy band One Direction.

The band did autograph signing at 5 p.m.

One Direction’s 2011 debut single “What Makes You Beautiful” shot up to number one on charts in both the UK and Ireland. The band will release their debut album “Up All Night,” (Syco/Columbia Records) on March 13.

When the boy band appeared on the “Today” show this morning, the performance was mobbed by eager teen fans. The “Today” show appearance marked their first appearance on U.S. television.
