Boston Police are seeking complaints against 14 suspects who allegedly engaged in hazing rituals at a house in Allston Monday morning.

According to police reports, all 14 suspects will face hazing, failure to report hazing and assault and battery charges.

Police filed a total of 70 complaints against the suspects, members of the fraternity Alpha Epsilon Pi, who allegedly duct taped five students together in their underwear and doused them in condiments and coffee grinds.

A hearing is scheduled for May 7 at Brighton District Court.

Hazing is a misdemeanor and is punishable by up to a year in jail and a $3,000 fine.

Officers found the five victims in the basement of an Ashford Street apartment Monday morning after getting complaints about a loud party.

Police observed the victims to be shivering and fearful and all tied together via duct tape wrist to wrist to form a human chain, according to reports.

They were covered in flour, coffee grinds, fish sauce, chili sauce, honey, hot sauce, mustard and empty sardine cans.

One of the victims had tears coming down his face when police arrived. Officers seized cups of beer with sardines in it from the scene of the alleged hazing incident.

Nine of the students involved in the hazing are believed to be Boston University students, according to reports.

The fraternity is not officially affiliated with the university.
