Ladies, beware: A man is targeting women on the subway, using a hidden camera to secretly film young attractive women as they ride the rails.

The man, who goes by John Zippy, has even posted his photos and video on a YouTube channel, “New York Subway Girls.” He’s uploaded 35 videos since Feb. 24, according to the New York Post.

Police sources told the Post it would be difficult to press charges against the creep, because videotaping people in public places is not a crime. But he could face charges if he took “intimate” photos of women without their consent.

But, police cautioned, it could be tricky in court to prove what’s “intimate,” since most of the images of Zippy’s sites show women sitting, walking or standing.
