A drug bust in the Mayfair section of Northeast Philadelphia last night netted a combined six kilograms of cocaine and heroin, four arrests, $15,428 in cash and a handgun, police said today.

Officers raided the house on the 2600 block of McKinley Street around 5:30 p.m. There, they allegedly found the cash and gun, along with 5,701 grams of heroin and 420 grams of cocaine, which have an estimated street value of well over a million dollars.

Four men were arrested in connection with the bust, police said. They have been identified as Frank Hidalgo, 35, of the 1300 block of South Howard Street in the Pennsport section of South Philadelphia, Harry Luis Diaz, 47, of the 600 block of Diamond Street in North Philadelphia, Felix Hernandez, 37, of the 2900 block of McKinley Street in Mayfair and Ramon Pedraza, 25, of the 1300 block of Elbridge Street in Oxford Circle.

Hidalgo, Diaz and Pedraza are charged with narcotics possession and narcotics possession with the intent to distribute, while Diaz is charged with narcotics possession, police said. According to investigators, the house was identified through surveillance that was being conducted in the area.

At least one of the men has a criminal record. Diaz in July of 2002 pleaded guilty to manufacturing, delivering or possessing narcotics with the intent to manufacture or deliver for a 1990 arrest and was sentenced to three years of probation, according to court documents. He pleaded guilty to the same charge in October 2002, plus possession of a controlled substance, for an arrest in March of that year and was sentenced to three to 23 months imprisonment and four years’ probation. He violated that probation in 2009 and was sentenced to time served, plus 23 months of jail and two more years of probation.
